“The beautiful hotel with a large territory, it is also adjacent to the Iberostar Creta Marine hotel, making it basically one large hotel :) The staff is very helpful and friendly, the food is absolutely amazing and the evening lobby bar serves a variety of drinks and cocktails. Panoramic views are breathtaking and the gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. We had a great time relaxing there and would highly recommend it. Among the things that would benefit from improvement: making toilets flushing quiet (now it’s quite loud and disturbing, especially at night), and improving the gym (for such a large hotel it’s very small and the equipment is very old and partly dysfunctional). Nevertheless, the experience we had was great, so 5 stars!”
