“Beautiful lobby and hotel! Front desk staff were amazing and accommodating ! We came into town later in the evening they got us into a room, we had an issue with the room, they fixed it immediately! Room and whole hotel was spotless! Reasonably priced in the area, great walking 2 some restaurants n bars! We got recommended 2 a local for food delivery and was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel !!!!”

“Very good, but the lobby and hallways were warm & humid. The room was nice, AC was working but the maids naver came to make our beds, leave clean linen, towels. Continental Breakfast was good, but it needs more variety of items.”

The bathroom was horrible. Majority of the floor tiles were loose and missing grout. There were two large spots with bad water damage and the shower wall and tub area had mold in the grout all over. There were stains on the carpet all around the room and halls. Don't expect a real breakfast unless you think Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches are a real breakfast. Very lack luster overall. The hotel uses a disgusting parking garage that stinks of urine but at least the hotel validates the parking for you. That was the one bright spot of my stay free parking. On one side of the hotel the neighborhood was not very safe and the other side was nice. So use caution while walking around.

Nice accommodations. Rooms are large, clean, simple, yet modern. Nice big couch and desk area. Big tv. None of the outdated frills you find at other comparable hotels so it's easy on the eyes. Lobby is pretty and modern.
Listing for this hotel was a little deceptive. There is one tiny outdoor patio with one table. Absolutely no good view from rooms. Tiny pool. And parking wasn't free despite all the booking websites saying it is.
It is convenient to downtown Bethlehem and a good jumping off point to neighboring attractions.

Going to a hotel is usually a mechanical process, reservation, arrival, check-in, and so on. Once in a while you get the opportunity to have the hotel manager get involved because they are the heartbeat of the facility. It is this experience that I am writing about. Hyatt Place in Bethlehem, PA, has a manager by the name of Katie Labor, who sets the tone for this facility and how everyone interacts with the customers. That is the first thing that is noticeable about this location. It’s not about finding reasons to say no about something that appears to be a temporary obstacle. Quite the contrary, it is about finding out how to take care of the customer and going the distance to make the customer’s stay more about feeling that he/she is the focus of the stay. Katie stepped into a discussion about future stays, and as soon as she introduced herself, I knew we would be working on a business relationship of true interest in doing everything within her power. Smiles abound and results speak for themselves. I am comforted by knowing that should any problem ever arise, which I doubt, that Katie will be there to get the situation resolved. She and her staff are what will keep me coming back. I am thinking that she can fix a rainy day. A very big tip of the hat to a real industry professional.

This hotel is clean but mediocre. Staff is very friendly but cannot make up for the sound of idling buses outside your window all night long. I had awful sleep due to nonstop buses coming and going...
