“It took me some courage to book this hotel for a 6-day stay due to some negative comments on its modernism. Overall the experience I received clearly beat my expectation. A great modern lobby, and my room apparently was refurbished with new furnitures. The concierge and front desk were kind and nice to remind me of the safety issues in the old downtown. Nice stay so far!”

“If you’re looking to be woken up every morning by construction and drilling, this is your hotel.
Even after repeatedly kindly asking management not to start the construction at 8:30am, they continued to do so.
To management: you should really go up to one of the rooms and hear for yourself. It sounds like the person drilling is in the room.
I would probably avoid this “5 star” hotel if I were you…”
