“The first week we stayed here, it was pretty good. The service was a bit long for drinks, but it wasn't bad. The second time we stayed here (about a week later) our room had an ant INFESTATION. We woke up to ants literally everywhere. In our bags, everywhere on the floor, and eventually in our bed. They have a nest in the wall. When we first informed the hotel, we wanted to switch rooms. They didn't get back to us until a few hours later. Ants were literally crawling on us. They didn't do much but give us free drinks and free breakfast to compensate. Turned out we received free breakfast anyway with Hotels.com, so that didn't help much. Then, they were saying they never offered us free drinks. Then after much hassle, they gave us the drinks after finding out our free breakfast was included. The way they handled this whole thing was very poor. I had high hopes for this place, but now I regret coming back. We were going to stay longer, but we're taking our money elsewhere. I just found out you can get Jr. Suites in this city for about the same price and even less than this place. That's what we'll be doing.”
