“Good amenities but awful services. Staff are poorly trained and brought very unprofessional services to us. We have lived in this hotel for 3 days and booked the Mexican restaurant (not much restaurants available in the hotel) one day in advance. When we went back from an one day trip and were informed that the restaurant was closed because it’s not open on very Monday. No other table in other restaurants reversed for us! They told us to the other restaurant AFTER 9:30 PM! (we went back at 7pm). No apologies and no one would like to help us with it. I can’t believe it I have to stay hungry in a 5 star hotel with such insane experience.”
