“First thing: the staff is excellent. They did a great job with every interaction.
However, the hotel is poorly managed. There are only two luggage carts. They were completely out of shampoo - and I was told by one staffer that has been true for a month. This seems like something that could be mentioned to guests so that we can pack that along with our personal items.
The rooms, well, they are about equal to an average roadside motel.
Really, this hotel has no business being listed as a "three star" hotel. It's a "two star" hotel. Adjust your expectations.”

“Después de dejar la revisión inicial, lo he reconsiderado y hay demasiadas personas amigables y sonrientes como para dejar que una o dos arruinen lo que de otro modo es un lugar realmente agradable para quedarse, el desayuno es bueno, es un desayuno de verdad, el servicio de limpieza se mantiene al tanto, el gerente general está por todas partes reemplazando todo lo que se necesita hacer. El vestíbulo es muy agradable y hay muchas recepciones de bodas aquí, bandas en vivo los fines de semana y cerca del casino.”
