“Muito bem organizado, quarto muito bom é confortável”

“The hotel is new. The rooms are very, very small. Smaller than many others. The breakfest is really good. The staff is not very friendly. I booked my first night through Booking and the manager refused to enhance my room (upgrade), despite the fact that I am Marriot Gold Status (it means nothing here, I guess). Thus, I booked the remainder of the nights with the hotel. Since I was already situated in my room, I asked to see the upgraded room -- The enhanced room was smaller than the regular room! So, I declined. I did not changed hotels because I was already situated and I was only sleeping here. I do not recommend this hotel for Americans as I sensed that management is not kind to us. Also the rooms are very small and the views are sad. The backside views beacons you to jump out the window. Please do not arrived depressed. You sad life will only get worse. Remember that it gets cold and gloomy around this part of Russia. There is no sun in January. Nonetheless, Saint Petersburg is beautiful. Enjoy the city and skip this hotel. I found ordinary Russians to be kind and very nice. Visit Russia! I will return, but I will not lodge at this hotel.”
