“Pros: spacious, updated, bed is comfortable, pillows were comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice. Cons: NOISY! So incredibly noisy. The soffit, above the bed, hold the pipes for the rooms above, so anytime someone flushed the toilet you heard it. The walls are incredibly thin! You can hear the TV in the room next door. I'd stay here again, in a pinch, but it wouldn't be my first pick.”

“This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, nothing worked. We checked in late after a long drive, and the first thing we noticed was the TV wasn’t working, then we tried to call front desk and found the phone wasn’t working either. We then called with our call phones and someone came and fixed the tv (the same person that checked us in), at this point we were too tired to care and it wasn’t really a problem, next we tried to order room service as they have a restaurant onsite, only to find out they don’t do room service, you had to place a to-go order and pick it up. The tipping point however was the next day when we tried to use the toilet and found out it doesn't flush (there was no water in it to flush), after multiple attempts we had to call again and they sent up housekeeping instead of a plumber, now this is when we started to get frustrated. I called again and they informed me they didn’t have someone available to fix it and all they could do is switch us to another room. We decided to check out at this point and leave this horrible place.”
