“I stayed here for a birthday celebration and my car & several others cars were broken into. I didn’t get no phone call from the hotel saying my car was broken into or nothing. I was suppose to stay for 2 days but my 2 days were cut short because of the break ins. I asked the front desk if I could get half of my money back from the night I hadn’t stayed because I wasn’t going to stay another day there with my window & trunk broken into. The front desk said the GM would call me in a couple business days. I have heard NOTHING. I have been calling the hotel and GM for weeks & no answer or call back. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! Don’t waste your money.”

“I called the hotel prior to booking with them. I asked about their shuttle service saying I would arrive at midnight and was told that all I needed to do is call when I arrived and collected my baggage. I did this, when I called it took more than 20 minutes for someone to take my call. Once speaking to the hotel I was told the shuttle service stopped at 11 pm. I ended up having to Uber over for $15. Once arriving at the hotel the associate was very unprofessional, asked did I promise not to break anything or have a party in my room. I told him that I want the room I booked and would speak with a manager later. Definitely would never stay with this hotel again.”
