The breakfast is excellent. It is small, cramped, it smelled strange, and it was a little dark/dreary in the room.

Great location. very close to Victoria Station. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Rooms were extremely small. Hallways narrow and hard to navigate,and had to go through doorways and down a step to get to room.

Comfort Inn Victoria is a budget hotel right in front of Her Majesties Passport office next to Victoria Station on Belgrave Road. The Buckingham Palace is 5 mins on foot and Westminster Abby, Pica dally Circus, Hyde Park are all within 15 mins walking distance. So this is an ideal place for budget conscious tourists. It is clean and safe for the family. It also provides complimentary basic breakfast and WiFi in each room. The staff are extremely helpful - they arranged the transportation to and from Heathrow Airport at less than market price also booked our excursion trip to Stonehenge and Bath at the last moment when no other booking was available. They also accommodated my request for a bigger room and changed it on the second night of our stay. This hotel served our purpose as we did not spend much time in the hotel - went out in the morning after breakfast and came back after dinner to sleep at night. So we did not need any other facilities and this hotel does not offer anything else either. I am not sure about the star rating this is a clean and safe budget hotel without any frills. We stayed in this hotel for a weak and it served out purpose - we enjoyed our vacation. Location of this hotel is near Victoria station which makes all the major attractions within walking distance. The staff is very helpful - they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are extremely small and not suitable for more than two people at best. The breakfast area is so small that you can not move without pushing someone else. The breakfast has the same menu everyday which is very boring.

The hotel room was VERY small. The hotel is very small itself. The room was average and it seemed the hotel had been 'freshened up' in the recent past. The morning breakfast was just cereal, juice, coffee/tea and bread/pastries with soft boiled eggs and yogurt. No fresh fruit. But it was decent enough to grab a small something and start the day. The location was great - literally about 50 meters to Victoria Station as well as some restaurants and pubs. It is also only a 10 minute or so walk to Buckingham Palace area. Location The front desk worker when we arrived seemed very reluctant to help us with small requests, such as a bit of milk for our babies bottle. Once we went out and got milk he wasn't very helpful assisting us to put the leftover milk in a fridge for the night.
