This hotel is housed in a landmark Victorian-Romanesque building from 1914. Guests enter to an elegant lobby sitting area with fireplace — a great place to relax and converse or read a book or iPad. The 75 well-appointed rooms are furnished in period decor and come with cable TVs desks and coffee/tea makers. Internet access is available. Coffee and more are free at the daily continental buffet of make-your-own Belgian waffles muffins pastries bagels hard-boiled eggs cereal fruit coffee juice and more. The hotel is located in historic Pioneer Square one-and-a-half blocks east of the Elliott Bay waterfront. Pike Place Market is nine blocks north. The hotel is in the Seattle Metro ride free area for easy access to the rest of the city. The Seahawks and Mariners stadiums are a mile south. If you're driving from Sea-Tac International Airport the hotel is 13 miles north.
