“Okay when we first pulled up who tried to cancel hotel reservations. The place looked very run down. However I went inside to see if I could do that and inside was much much nicer than the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean except for one of the bathroom and bathtub but we always travel with bleach so we just cleaned that up which is weird to do. I know but I'm weird the outside pool was closed. The inside pool was very cold but it was open. The breakfast was okay. But the staff was great. Love the lobby setting area.”

“Absolutely terrible hotel and the Assistant Manager is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in any customer service context. They canceled half a reservation with no warning and refused to give a refund for one room or give us the second room back. They refused to help in any way or provide any productive suggestions. If you want a reliable place to stay with polite staff try anywhere else in Lawton first.”
