“This is without a single doubt in my mind the best hotel to stay at in Rio if not in all of brazil. It is historically iconic which I totally love and the level of service is unmatched. I requested glass Evian water and the hotel did not have if but an hour later it was in our room waiting for me to enjoy. The spa here is not all that but the products in the spa are a must. They have an amazing collection of towels and eye masks and robes you have to snag them. Love everything about this hotel. Super safe!”

“Wonderful experience. Went with my wife and we had a great time. Honestly what makes the place special is the service. The rooms are fine but not mind blowing. The staff, restaurant, and location is what makes this place amazing.. The welcoming staff was amazing and remembered us from the moment we checked in to check out. Diego served us at breakfast multiple times and he was wonderful. The pool staff would get us towels and a menu before we could even ask. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Copacabana.”
