It’s such a nice place with good service. My husband stayed here for almost 3 weeks. But same time with the construction to maintenance manhole on front of the residence. So, it’s made a loud noise sometime. The room did not include toothbrush, toothpaste, tea (My husband drinks tea a lots, so this is made us misunderstood that the housekeeper never give us a tea) And our room cannot access to balcony (have only window) We were cooked many times by ourself because the room has kitchen. And once, the power cut off in early morning. TV very slow to respond and can watch Netflix though.

This serviced apartment used to be average/fine. But not anymore, apparently. My Japanese friend told me he is moving out soon because he noticed the cleanliness of the building has become very below average. And he has complained to his company about it. To cut costs the hotel staff have been reduced. They didn’t bother even to fix aircon or a broken sink in the common areas. Actually when I stayed there last month for a short while I also thought the place seemed a bit dirty and room was noisy (neighbors talking, slamming doors). But it was ok for a short stay. It’s good that they reduced the room price since charging more will seem ridiculous. Oh and by the way, the place does have a busy bar that’s normally open until 2am located in the same building (probably temporarily closed due to government order).

I was disappointed in my stay. Unless you are Japanese I would not recommend this place! The management and staff is clearly unfriendly to non Japanese people. Lobby looks appealing, but don’t let that fool you. Rooms and facilities are well below average and cleaning service is below expectations considering this pandemic. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear your neighbors. Elevator was so slow. This area of Bangkok has so tons of better choices of places to stay. On the positive note I hear they are running a promo so maybe you can get a cheap deal.

There is a reason for the low price compared to some others - old and run down, room and hallway smell bad. Sink had no running water (really true!). Walls are super thin so noisy and cannot rest. The aircon in the gym was broken so stuffy. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Even the busy staff are uptight and unhappy. Faraway from BTS. Unpleasant atmosphere.

5 star entrance but 3 star room. Service was good and room toilet was clean. However, the room didn’t look as good as photos. Room felt old and very worn. The furniture and walls had a lot of scratches. Also the hotel had a stale air/smell. I wouldn’t return despite its large room and good service.
