Olá, acabamos de terminar uma estadia recente no Nobu e tivemos ótimas férias. Tivemos um ótimo serviço de muitas maneiras, especialmente de “Super” Mario, que se esforçou para oferecer uma experiência especial. Nobu é absolutamente lindo, mas um pouco fora do caminho se você deseja visitar a cidade. Existem também vários pontos de controle de segurança para chegar lá, o que aumenta o tempo de entrada e saída. Os restaurantes são bons e a equipe é excelente, com algumas exceções. Devíamos ter um concierge no check-in e um cavalheiro nos acompanhou até o quarto e nos mostrou como usar as cortinas (bom!), Mas nunca mais ouvimos falar dele durante nossa estadia de 6 dias. Ouvimos de outras pessoas que viajamos com ele e que a experiência deles com o concierge foi muito diferente. Eles receberam números de telefone, check-ins diários e ajuda. Nada disso aconteceu para mim e meu parceiro. Tivemos a sorte de que os garçons do restaurante foram muito úteis em responder às nossas perguntas. Também pedimos 3 vezes para um upgrade de quarto durante o check-in e foi-nos dito repetidamente que alguém iria fazer o check-in conosco e não ouvimos de volta.

I was looking forward to visiting this hotel.I'm sorry to say that the hotel is beautiful but the way to the hotel requires some serious work. It is impossible to drive in or out of the property after dark the way is a little dangerous and extremely dark. This absolutely will never bring me back.

Hi, we just wrapped up a recent stay at Nobu and had a great vacation. We had great service in many ways, especially from “Super” Mario who went out of his way to provide a special experience. Nobu is absolutely beautiful, but a bit out of the way if you wish to visit the city. There are also multiple checkpoints through security to get there which lengthens the time to get in and out. The restaurants are good and staff is excellent with a few exceptions. We were supposed to be assigned a concierge at check in and we had a gentleman walk us to our room and show us how to use the blinds (good!), but we never heard from him again during our 6 day stay. We’d heard from others that we traveled with that their experience with the concierge was very different. They were given phone numbers and daily check ins and help. None of that happened for my partner and I. We were fortunate that the restaurant waitstaff was very helpful in answering our questions. We also asked asked 3 times for a room upgrade during check in and were told repeatedly that someone would check in with us and didn’t hear back.

Nice property, good staff. Be mindful that the Resort Fee, Room Tax and Lodging Tax adds an additional 34% to your nightly bill (not to mention the customary 18% gratuity added to each check). This is not fully disclosed when booking online... a bit disappointing to learn on your way out the door.

O hotel é lindo e moderno. Muito espaçosas, as inúmeras piscinas estão integradas nas instalações e tornam a experiência muito agradável (seria ótimo se as piscinas aquecidas fossem mais quentes).A praia parece isolada e pouco desenvolvida, visto que nadar no oceano não é realmente uma opção com as ondas fortes e as correntes.A comida é ótima. This place is very new and very nice. I had the pleasure of staying there a few nights and everything went well. The check in was very painless on the beautiful terrace overlooking the property with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. We were accompanied to our room by the Concierge, Alexis. Side note: I travel all around the world and can honestly say that Alexis is on par with the best concierges in the world. He had constant communication and tended to every one of our needs and took care of any and all of my wife’s requests. If you are lucky enough to have him as your concierge you are in for a treat. The room was great! It literally still had the new hotel smell and with a great view of the Pacific. From the balcony in our room we caught a few whales in the water which was amazing!! The pools were great, I had the pleasure of seeing Eduardo Mejia, he used to work at a different property but is now at Nobu and can honestly say he is the best at making sure you are having a great time at the pool. Great music, great wait staff and the best relaxing location. Nobu the restaurant was amazing!! We had the chef come out and talk to us for a few minutes as well as the restaurant manager Jose. They run a great place and made us feel at home! We visited the spa before our flight and the girls that gave us a massage were great. This place is amazing and relaxing all around. We couldn’t use all the amenities due to an early flight but will definitely check them out the next time around. Lastly, check out... the front desk staff is very professional and the one small thing that bugged me... they took care of. Just like that. It was amazing! I can not say enough good things about them! Thanks for everything! Be Blessed!

AMOR AMOR AMOR!!! Um dos lugares mais bonitos que já estive e a equipe foi muito simpática, ajudando a mim e minha família em tudo e qualquer coisa de que precisávamos. Fiquei neste hotel por cinco dias com minha família (foi meu presente de aniversário para mim) e eu sinceramente gostaria de poder ter ficado lá mais tempo. Tínhamos uma suíte junior com nosso próprio acesso privado à piscina, junto com nosso próprio carro alugado com manobrista. O lugar é bem amplo, então não cruzamos com outros hóspedes com tanta frequência quanto com os membros da equipe (e sim, todos usavam máscaras). Há cerca de 5 a 6 piscinas no local, 3 restaurantes e um café, e também seu próprio jardim de frutas, ervas e vegetais. Você está livre para andar o quanto quiser. Enquanto eles estão perto da praia, você NÃO PODE nadar lá, a corrente é perigosamente forte e é mais profunda do que parece. Caminhar na praia também foi tão divertido. Muito obrigado a vocês por tudo, mal posso esperar para voltar! ❤️

Que experiência perfeita! Fomos recebidos por Antonio em nossa chegada. Ele foi nosso concierge pessoal durante toda a estadia e nos ajudou com tudo. O hotel é super moderno e moderno, os quartos são incríveis e a comida é a melhor que já comemos em hotel. Há uma grande seleção de comida para você experimentar. Fizemos ioga na praia uma manhã também e isso foi calmante. A instrutora foi profissional e criou um ótimo fluxo para a aula. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO!!!

Que hotel incrível! Os espaços comuns são grandes e abertos ao mesmo tempo que são elegantes e discretos. Seu foco principal é chamar a atenção através do hotel e para a vista, e cara, é difícil não olhar para essa vista.Descemos para o restaurante e depois relaxamos à beira da piscina durante o dia, e foi uma experiência inesquecível. A localização do lounge faz com que você sinta que tem sua parte privada do mundo, e a piscina estava com a temperatura perfeita. Há folhagens deslumbrantes em todos os lugares e a vista para o oceano é incomparável. Este é realmente um refúgio incrível. Lembre-se, no entanto, de que é muitoooooo lá fora e se você quiser um convidado, será um pouco difícil levá-lo até você.

What an incredible hotel! The common spaces are big and open while being chic and understated all at the same time. Their main focus is to draw your eye through the hotel and to the view, and man is it hard not to stare at that view.We went down to the restaurant and then relaxed by the pool for the day, and it was an experience to behold. The lounge placement makes you feel like you have your own private part of the world, and the pool was the perfect temperature. There is gorgeous foliage everywhere and the view of the ocean is unparalleled. This is truly an amazing getaway. Remember, however, that it is wayyyyy out there and if you want a guest it becomes a bit difficult to get them to you.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to and the staff was very friendly, assisting me and my family with every and anything that we needed. I stayed at this hotel for five days with my family (it was my birthday gift to myself) and I honestly wished that I could have been there longer. We had a junior suite with our own private access to the pool, along with our own rental car that is valet parked. The place is pretty wide, so we didn’t run into other guests as often as we did the staff members (and yes everyone wore their masks). There’s about 5-6 pools on site, 3 restaurants and a cafe, and also their own garden of fruits, herbs, and vegetables too. You’re free to walk about as much as you’d like. While they are close to the beach, you CANNOT swim there, the current is dangerously strong and it is deeper than it looks. Walking the shore was just as entertaining too. Thank you guys so much for everything, I can’t wait to come again! ❤️

What a perfect experience! We were greeted by Antonio upon our arrival. He was our personal concierge the entire stay and helped us with everything. The hotel is super modern and hip, rooms are amazing and the food is the best hotel food we’ve ever had. There is a great selection of food to try. We did yoga on the beach one morning as well and that was calming. The instructor was professional and she created a great flow to class. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Phenomenal is the only word I can use to describe the Nobu Hotel in Los Cabos. The staff, ambiance, food is all curated to the highest level of excellence. This was our 2nd stay in 8 months and we can’t wait to return. Special Thanks to the manager Lawrence who ensured our stay felt just like home! Our concierge Alan also went above and beyond to book restaurant reservations, schedule room cleanings, and adjust our reservation after a flight cancellation. Fugimos para este país das maravilhas porque simplesmente não podíamos mais ficar em casa e queríamos comemorar nosso aniversário, queríamos ir a algum lugar perto de uma praia, aberta aos viajantes dos Estados Unidos, e onde a comida fosse deliciosa. Também queríamos ficar mais longe da agitação do Cabo para que estivéssemos realmente "fugindo para o paraíso", mas foi fácil visitar qualquer um dos dois grandes centros do Cabo quando desejado.O atendimento é ótimo, uma equipe super atenciosa que durante a nossa estadia aprendeu rapidamente nossos nomes, seja em um dos restaurantes, uma das piscinas, ou na recepção.A comida estava deliciosa ... Uma mistura de frutos do mar inspirada não apenas no Japão, mas também no México, fiel ao desejo de Nobu não só de mostrar a comida pela qual é conhecido, mas também de abraçar a comida nas comunidades onde estabelecem seus hotéis. Acabamos saindo para explorar as opções de jantar fora do resort também, simplesmente porque ansiamos por variedade estando no resort por 7 dias.A localização era ótima, adorei o fato de ser remota o suficiente para ficar um pouco "fora do caminho tradicional", mas perto o suficiente quando queríamos passeios fretados, um barco ou comer em um restaurante na cidade, não era difícil de conseguir para.Nós realmente queríamos um quarto com vista para a praia para o nosso aniversário, infelizmente acabamos em um quarto com vista para o campo de golfe, mas nossa falta de vista foi compensada pelo amplo quarto com todas as comodidades que você deseja e, em seguida, alguns como a enorme banheira, caminhar no armário (que cabia facilmente em todas as nossas coisas que trouxemos por 7 dias), varanda equipada com móveis onde tomávamos o café da manhã quase todas as manhãs e podíamos descansar durante a brisa da noite.Ao todo, foi uma grande viagem e nós recomendamos o hotel a outras pessoas interessadas em Cabo.

Escaped to this wonderland cause we simply couldn't stay home anymore and wanted to celebrate our anniversary, we wanted to go somewhere near a beach, open to US travelers, and where the food would be exquisite. We also wanted to stay further away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo so that we were truly "escaping to paradise" but it was easy enough to visit either of the two major centers of Cabo when desired.Service is great, super attentive staff that during our stay quickly learned our names may it have at one of the restaurants, one of the pools, or at the front desk.Food was delicious... A blend of seafood inspired by not only Japan but Mexico as well, true to Nobu's desire to not only showcase the food it is known for but embracing the food in the communities they establish their hotels in as well. We did end up leaving to explore dinner options off resort as well, simply because we craved variety being at the resort for 7days.Location was dope, loved the fact that it was remote enough to be a bit "off the beaten path" but close enough when we wanted to charter tours, a boat, or eat at a restaurant in town, it wasn't hard to get to.We really wanted a beach view room for our anniversary unfortunately we ended up in a room viewing the golf course, but our lack of view was made up by the expansive room with every amenity you'd want and then some like the huge bathtub, walk in closet (which easily fit all of our stuff we brought for 7 days), balcony outfitted with furniture where we ate breakfast most mornings and could lounge on during the evening breeze.All in all, it was a great trip and we would recommend the hotel to others interested in Cabo.

It is so calm, serene, peaceful. As a couple you will experience the ultimate relaxation. It's very new, and they are still doing minor updates but nothing that will disrupt your stay at all. Views of the ocean, crashing wave sounds, trickling water...oh and the bathroom!!! Is BY FAR the most relaxing and enjoyable experience you can have that is like living in a high class top of the line mansion without the huge price. I love this Nobu. Will come back again for an anniversary if we ever get the chance. :)

This past December my family (husband and two children ages 5 and 2) vacationed at Nobu. We are not resort people and honestly booked this stay because my daughter who is 5 really wanted to chill in a pool during Christmas. So - this stay was basically her Christmas present. What i can say now is that i am counting the minutes to my next visit to Nobu Hotel at Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived which was a 1:00am to the second we left there was nothing but pure attention to details, smiles, amazing food, glorious weather, beautiful scenery, comfort above all else and constant care from all staff. I dream about the Pacific pools we swam in and the Avocado Pizza from Malibu Farm. The nights on the beach for sunset were spectacular. The wooden bath tubs in the room were magnificent. The cleanliness was on point. The complimentary afternoon snack poolside - memorable. But - above all - what i will remember most and what was MOST appreciated was the care of the staff. I have travelled to many parts of the world and have really never experienced the quality of care i received at Nobu hotel in Los Cabos. The staff knew what my family and i needed even before we did. That kind of attention is the reason to book a stay at Nobu. They know how to make it an amazing stay and truly unforgettable. You will come to know them by name and look forward to their smiles and recommendations. Thank you to the staff for their amazing help and care. We have fallen in love with this place and the people that make it great!

Caution! The “Best rate guarantee” is only at the moment you book ! 7 days after we booked the hotel offered a sale and the price dropped by over $100.00 (for a better room than we booked) I called 3 times before the trip with no response from the hotel. I assumed that when we checked in the manager would honor the rate guarantee. But I was wrong. The check in person went through a rehearsed story about how the airlines also charge different rated if you book at different times, and so does the hotel . He also told me the hotel was “very full anyway”. This experience was creepy and weird. There is no way this place was full. But that’s not the point. I assume that this is how they handle all customer problems (blame the customer). I filled out an questionnaire after the fact, but still no response about why they don’t honor the rate guarantee. There are other nice hotel options in San Jose del Cabo, look elsewhere. Buyer BEWARE!

Spectacular Hotel.!! Best place I’ve ever stayed at The moment you steps to the hotel, the staff greeting you for the driveway. It was really warm welcome. The security did amazing job with double check to whoever in and out! Special Thanks to Charlie the butler He makes us feel like home and very so special. Very sweet people. Every favors we’ve asked for he treated us like a family! Christian in Pacific is very friendly make our relaxed by the pool so enjoyable! Esmeralda in Malibu Farm so lovely she took care of us very well. The Food at Nobu was absolutely amazing. Was worth it! The service was outstanding. Facilities were top notch. Felix, GM came out and make a farewell goodbye was make me feel like to return again. They did such a brilliant job. There is really nothing negative I can say about this place.
