Bom hotel muito bem localizado com empregados muito simpáticos em todos os sectores mas com sérios problemas a nível do ar condicionado nas zonas comuns (restaurante, hall, etc.). Ao almoço a alternativa ao buffet é muito fraca e o buffet funciona no interior ou ao ar livre. Neste último os alimentos estão ao calor atraindo moscas etc perdendo assim qualidade. Também acabaram com o parque infantil que existia no local do novo bar que era muito bom para as crianças. É o quarto ano que faço férias neste hotel que este ano foi remodelado, mas o principal problema do ar condicionado não foi resolvido. Ponderarei voltar

Hemos venido a pasar una semana a este hotel y hemos largado nuestra estancia 5 noches más de lo a gusto que hemos estado. Es perfecto para venir en familia, en época covid nos hemos sentido muy seguros y eso ha sido lo más importante. Las instalaciones son muy buenas.Me quedo con el personal. Nunca hemos recibido una mala cara. Siempre dispuestos a lo que sea.Agradecer al hotel que al alargar nuestra estancia nos mantuviera la habitación superior que nos dió al inicio de nuestras vacaciones.

La experiencia es maravillosa en todos los sentidos. Personal un diez,instalaciones, limpiezay sobre todo las medidas por el covidotro 10. Solo añadir que ibamos con una niña muy alérgica y cada día nos atendia el jefe de cocina para explicarnos todos los ingredientes de toda la comida,impresionante. Las actuaciones de la noche de una calidad increible . Mencionar también algo muy importante y por lo que seguiremos visitando este hotel es el respeto por el medio ambiente no utilizando nada de plastico y el que utilizan en bolsas de basura etc de material biodegradable.

Un hotel familiar con excelentes vistas en primera línea de playa. Las instalaciones son fantásticas (piscina climatizada, spa y completo gimnasio).El personal es muy amable ,en particular Pepe siempre pendiente de que los clientes nos sintamos en casa.

Servicio inmejorable. Instalaciones de lujo con última tecnología, habitaciones amplias con varias televisiones, y terraza con mesa y sillas. Acceso directo a la playa en menos de un minuto. Se pueden utilizar las piscinas de los hoteles Iberostar aledaños, alguna de ellas practicar bebés y otra para niños. Comida variada y de calidad, con amplios horarios y variedad de turnos. Programa de animación muy completo para niños y adultos. Muy recomendable.

Una maravilla. Una playa preciosa a pie de hotel. Todas las instalaciones son perfectas. El trato del personal buenísimo. Mi hija de dos años es alérgica a los frutos secos y me han ayudado muchísimo a la hora de escoger la comida. Una experiencia perfecta!

It's awesome hotel. Because of COVID there is a lot of restrictions, main - wearing masks outside pool area, disinfectants are everywhere. I even caught team cleaning sunbeds at the morning and evening (they spray whole sunbeds and umbrellas).

It is a nice hotel with very nice rooms, good food and the pools and the beach are great. My only comment is that I find it strange that you need to pay for the chairs at the beach but this could be from another company.

Location, staff, rooms, cleanliness, beach, food & drinks, kids club, friendly open & sensible approach to the COVID-situation were all 5star: Many thanks to all the staff in general, Sara at guest service’s was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. Just what we needed as a family. Perfect!

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. We stopped all Inclusive which was good but hampered by the covid restrictions, we appreciate this isnt a fault of the hotel though. We would and will likely use again, highly recommend for families or couples. Thanks.

Um hotel tudo incluído com muita qualidade e bom serviço. Algumas melhorias podem ser feitas. Um hotel de famílias tem de ter obrigatoriamente uma sopa passada todos os dias para crianças pequenas. Por outro lado, deveriam existir copos de papel reforçado nos restaurantes para evitar que as crianças lidem com vidro. Finalmente, não é aceitável que o restaurante buffet mude de horário ao jantar durante a estadia e que se decida o fecho do mesmo à hora de almoço sem mais informações.

We are here in February. The weather has been sunny and perfect, allowing us to even use the outdoor pools (there is also an indoor pool, which children can use till 3:00 p.m., at which point it is for adults only). The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, comfortable and all staff are very friendly and responsive. The food is the highlight...varied in offerings and delicious. Here again, the staff are wonderful. The fitness room is spacious and well-equipped, which is fortunate because we are eating a LOT. The location, right on the Playa de Muro, is perfect. At this time of year, most shops and restaurants along the street are still closed. This is great as our stay is peaceful and relaxed and free from throngs of tourists. Oh...and the hotel has free laundry facilities! A wonderful hotel and we will definitely be back!
