It's s lovely 5* hotel on park lane. If you're staying there for a few nights, it's very close to Oxford Street and marble arch. If you are attending a function there, parking will be difficult. Either get a taxi or park next to the hotel (but you will need to pay the congestion charge).

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The lounge anticipates every need. From private restrooms to a shower, and fantastic food and free beverages (including alcohol). The staff was always friendly, and the room was lovely. We had a bit of an issue with housekeeping but we’re just happy to have had it during COVID times.Though the location is not central to downtown and a bit of a walk to the tube, the hotel itself is a oasis. We had an executive one bedroom and it was simply perfect. My favorite parts were the towel warmer, exceptional layout, and nespresso machine.I would certainly plan on coming back to this hotel. Loved every minute of the JW experience.

A five star hotel with unique style and beautiful siren atmosphere. A great place to host event and more bigger halls available with it exquisite and with their steak house there is good food to eat and relax. Security is at it top and with respectable reception who are ready take of your needs. Exquisite rooms to enjoy

Amazing hotel, loved the room! I had a great night sleep. The breakfast was good, I would recommend leaving salt and pepper on the tables so clients can flavour their food as the full English breakfast is quite unseasoned.

Agradeça-me mais tarde! Este hotel é o mais bem avaliado nesta área. Estou aqui há muito tempo. Se você decidir ficar aqui, você definitivamente não vai se decepcionar.Experiência incrível! Serviço absolutamente impecável. Hospedado aqui com meus pais em abril durante o pico de COVID-19. Tive de quarentena por 8 dias, mas todas as solicitações foram atendidas. Lisa foi uma jóia absoluta para lidar com, mesmo antes de nossa chegada. Jasper também foi uma grande ajuda. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente quando eu voltar!

Marriott está se tornando o lugar para ir, meu favorito absoluto. Em Moscou, eles se destacaram, em Cingapura; eles se destacaram. E agora em Londres, eles agem e se orientam para oferecer a você literalmente um serviço de 7 estrelas, viajei para 80 países e sei do que estou falando. Desde a recepção em diante. Tem um senhor na recepção chamado Tomas, me avistou, saiu correndo para buscar minhas malas, fiquei confuso, que hospitalidade! Parabéns à administração! Registrado tão suavemente, tão amigável. Me acompanhou ao redor do hotel! Aí me perguntou se você gostaria de ir agora para o quarto, eu disse que poderia ir tomar um chá no café do lobby, ele pediu à senhora que me servisse a equipe complementar de boas-vindas! IMPRESSIONANTE! Tão profissional, tão amigável e adoro como as pessoas são tão bem treinadas e de altíssimo calibre. Obrigado Marriott por se destacar em cada visita. E eles não parecem diminuir a velocidade tão cedo.

Absolutely impeccable service. Stayed here with my parents back in April during the peak of COVID-19. Had to quarantine for 8 days but every request was catered to. Lisa was an absolute gem to deal with even prior to our arrival. Jasper was a big help as well. Will definitely stay here again once I’m back!

We had the best time in this beautiful hotel ! The service is very good - outstanding at times . The food is delicious. Everything is perfect. It’s so close to Hyde park and Oxford street you can walk to all the great restaurants and shops in Mayfair. Absolutely love it!

Marriott is becoming the place to go, my absolute favourite. In Moscow, they excelled, in Singapore; they excelled. And now in London, they act and geared to give you literally 7 stars service, I'vetravelled to 80 countries and I know what I am talking about. Right from reception onwards. There is a gentleman at the reception called Tomas, spotted me, ran all the way out to fetch my bags, I was confused, what Hospitality! Kudos to the management! Checked in so smoothly, so friendly. Walked me around the hotel! Then asked me would you like to go now to the room, I said I might go to have tea in the lobby cafe, he asked the lady to serve me the team complementary as a welcome! IMPRESSIVE! So professional, so friendly and I love how the people are so well trained and of very high calibre. Thank you Marriott for excelling every single visit. And they don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

If anyone out there is searching for bargain deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the best rates anywhere! One of my favourite hotels in the world. Combines old world charm and atmosphere with excellent service and a great location on Park Lane. Ideal for lovely stroll in Hyde Park or shopping in Oxford Street which is a 10 minute walk away.

A very pleasant and elegant hotel in the heart of London. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the food good but limited for vegetarians. I felt the place needed a bit if refreshing. I would go there again but would also look for better options.

This hotel has beautiful rooms, an amazing tea lounge, a solid set of restaurants and bars, and an amazing lounge. Its place in Mayfair is fantastic; it is easy to get anywhere from the Grosvenor House. The rooms are really well-appointed and cared for. The staff is extremely helpful. We brought our son to the hotel, and the hotel was great for kids. They even gave him a cute toy at afternoon tea. Afternoon tea is a great experience (even if you have no kids).

Muy buen hotel situado en Park Lane, justo enfrente de Hyde Park. Muchísimas habitaciones no muy grandes pero recientemente restauradas y decoradas. Buen servicio de desayunos y excelente restaurante de cocina vasca. Vasco-francesa, dicen, pero puedes comer los mismos platos que si vas a Bilbao (el chef es de Guetaria)

Lugar de lujo. Trato genial. Habitaciones geniales . Le doy un 4 porque nos pusieron un zumo de fresa natural q no nos tomamos. El envase era una botella cerrada y eso fermentó. Al cuarto dia explotó como un petardo y lo puso todo perdido. Hay q recoger los alimentos en mal estado de las habitaciones.

Tenemos dos niños y es uno de los sitios mejor preparados para ir en familia. Los apartamentos son espaciosos y muy cómodos. La ubicación es inmejorable y cuando vamos a Londres no buscamos otro diferente. La atención del personal está estupenda. En invierno vamos a Londres para el Winter Wonderland que queda justo enfrente, perfecto.

Es un hotel situado frente al parque aunque la entrada es por la parte de atrás muy cerca de la. Embajada de usa y buenos restaurante cercas.Las habitaciones están bien pero depende que habitación te toca algunas bien de tamaño otras muy pequeñas y hasta incómodo. Lo otro es un hotel de muchos árabes.

The lobby was very impressive and nicely styled. Staff was friendly and helpful The room was nice but outdated, especially in the bathroom. Old fixtures, stained sink and tub, only got moderately warm water from bathroom faucets including the shower. I was also surprised that there were no USB ports for charging phones/electronics.
