This was a great stay from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. There is a focus on customer service and ensuring your stay is enjoyable. The hotel is clean and the people employed are honest and careful. I dropped money in the room and when they cleaned they found it and placed it on the table for me even though I did not notice. The breakfast is average but everything else is great.

Awesome stay. We enjoyed our stay with multicuisin restaurants inside, rooms are spacious beautiful and with a great view. Good service. Location was perfect. Ambience is pretty good. Loved the food. Delicious breakfast and good service.

The rooms are lovely and the beds very comfortable. This is based on a very short amount of time sleeping. We explored the market until late and got up very eager the balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings.

Fantastic hotel, lovely caring staff, beautiful room with side nile view,, great swimming pool, choice of restaurants to enjoy and located in a great area. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return,. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great holiday, we had some fantastic trips arranged by hany, no hassle, taken to and from each location in air conditioned car and tour guide provided to explain all the wonderful history of this beautiful country. ..

We stayed two nights there. On the positive side, it had clean and spacious rooms, a nice pool, large common areas and decent service. The breakfast was good, not perfect. On the negative side, the facilities are a bit worn out and no free wifi is offered in the rooms. Our room did not have a view to the river, instead it was on the street side which was quite busy and noisy. All in all, wet had a pleasant stay.

Although I had somewhat of the of a negative experience with the internet services in the hotel I must say we were extremely pleased with the service of the business center. There was this young lady, Lina I believe, who used her personal phone to order food from McDonald's for us as we were finding it extremely difficult to use the local phone eystems due tolanguage barrier

Absolutely AMAZING HOTEL. I stayed here at the same time as The Prime Minister and didn't even know it until we noticed the EXTRA security presence. He even spoke to my friends. Awesome!

Avoid this hotel unless you want to get food poisoning after eating terrible Italian food. The breakfast is also quite poor versus other hotels on my trip to Egypt. The bread is all stale. Both rooms we had were problematic and things didn't work. It was terrible.

El hotel excente, la atención fue increíble, el desayuno una gran variedad y un chef a quien le podías pedir ommelett las veces que quieras, la piscina genial, el único punto en contra es el internet Wi-fi, se caía muchas veces y tuve que ir a recepción 2 veces para que me lo repararan. No WiFi except in lobby, and even that is very weak. Tell me, who expects travelers and tourists to be totally disconnected and expect a good review? Food was fair, pool was clean and there was a jetty access to boats on the Nile. Service was not memorable and it’s hard getting over the WiFi issue

Sonesta hotel was really fantastic, good functional facilities, good food and all the staff were always friendly and helpful. What I loved the most was the views from the balcony and the outdoor sitting area by the pool. I'd recommend this hotel over and over.

Couldn’t fault anything in this hotel. I had a complex first impression because the building looked nothing like what I’d expect till I walked in. The quality of materials used to design the hotel was top notch. Everywhere was so clean, the pool, the interior, toilet… friendly and well mannered staff. My favorite place was the lobby and the pool area. Breathtaking view.

This is a very good hotel with nice meals. They have wonderful customer care service. Their rooms are so beautiful with nice views. The swimming section is also beautiful. Another remarkabke thing about the hotel is that it has accessibility entrance. The hotel has good security and it is a very good and safe place for tourist to stay and relax. I would recommend they give free Internet services to rooms and not just in the lobby section

Estadia apenas razoável. Wi-fi no quarto somente se for pago. Café de manhã de muito boa qualidade e cama confortável. Todavia, o uso de máscara nas áreas públicas, apesar de obrigatório, não é fiscalizado pelo staff do hotel. Não há opções de alimentação nos arredores. Cinco estrelas com padrão de quatro apenas. Não voltaria.

Nice hotel with great views on the Nile. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the Italian restaurant is closed and food is served in the smaller one, but this buffet is good and changes every day. I'm only unhappy with the WiFi because it wasn't stable and requires regular password entries, and it wasn't included in standard room rate (but in the Nile view room upgrade I paid for)

Hotel localizado às margens do Rio Nilo, em Luxor. Muito luxuoso com uma piscina magnífica. Chamo atenção para os elevadores e saguão nos andares que têm uma decoração tao impressionante que podemos ficar muitos minutos admirando. Os apartamentos são confortáveis e com bela vista. A chamada islâmica ao nascer do sol dos Templos muçulmanos nos envolve com tão bela oração. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Hotel bem próximo ao comércio. Mas atenção: se você é mulher somente ande acompanhada pela cidade, nunca só.

Es el típico hotel colonial, todo lleno de mármol, lámparas de cristales y muchos detalles con brillos. Ya no se hacen este tipo de establecimientos lujosos. Todo está muy limpio, muy bien mantenido y el personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones impresionantes, tiene de todo. Lo mejor, la piscina frente al Nilo. Es un sueño.

El hotel es de los antiguos, todo lujo, muy limpio y cuidado, servicio en piscina excelente y buen precio. Unicamente cambiaria las baldosas alrededor de la piscina pues están muy desgastadas, la piscina magnífica y mantenimiento de duchas porque alguna falla en sumidero. Muy amables y atentos.

Me alojé la semana pasada, durante 7 días y me ha encantado el hotel. Decorado con la flor de loto por todas partes, tiene una atmósfera egipcia que me ha cautivado. La habitación con vistas al Nilo es amplia y acogedora, sólo tiene un problema, es un ruido de máquinas, al otro lado de la calle, que al principio resulta molesto aunque te acabas acostumbrando. El desayuno correcto, sugiero dejar la cafetera y el té en el mismo sitio donde se encuentra la leche porque de otro modo tienes que estar buscando a la camarera, solo hay una y a veces se encuentra muy ocupada sirviendo cafés. El señor que prepara los huevos revueltos siempre tiene una sonrisa en su cara, muy atento. El pub Nobles es muy agradable, aunque le hacen falta unas lámparas de mesa de luz más cálida. El director del hotel es un señor encantador, siempre pendiente de sus huéspedes así como el personal del servicio de habitaciones, fabuloso. Repetiré sin dudarlo. Gracias por todo!!
