No se que sucedio ese dia, pero para nostros no fue la mejor experiencia, Las habitaciones se ven deterioradas,falta de limpieza y cuidado , Por el Covid en ese momento no tenian servicio de limpieza de cuarto, Aunque los empleados tenian buenas intenciones de ayudar su supervisor no fue muy amigable.Honestamente si vas de pasada para el area quizas lo puedas utilizar.Yo no lo pudiera recomendar y no creo que lo vuelva a utilizar.

Hotel simples mas bom. Ao entrar sentimos um pouco de cheiro de fechado, sem arejar, mas 2 dias depois ja estava sem cheiro. Quarto antigo, cama, mesa, cadeira. Pia do banheiro com defeito na torneira. Não havia serviço de quarto, é necessário solicitar trca de toalhas e recolher lixo. Tem maquina de gelo nos corredores de graça! Sem custo. Maquinas de bebidas espalhadas no hotel. Lavanderia paga para lavar suas roupas. Há 2 piscinas, 1 bar simples, sem muitas opções. Quarto estava limpo, mas valeu para se hospedar, simples mas bom. Hotel silencioso, local para estacionar a frente dos quartos. Não achei inseguro, embora as fechaduras pareçam fracas. Vimos seguranças armados passando por todo hotel com um carrinho vigiando, com lanternas e etc. Nos sentimos seguros. Cobram taxas para a hospedagem, uns 55 dólares nos cobraram para 4 dias, 2 pessoas. E também cobram calção,bloqueio no cartão de crédito,o que o meu foi devolvido após o checkout. Restaurante do hotel não estava aberto. Havia um atendente na porta do hotel que dava todas informações que você precisava na sua hospedagem, assim como dicas de lugares par visitar e deu a nós uma revista de cupons com decontos na cidade, atendente muito querido e educado. Enfim, hotel simples, sem luxo nenhum, mas muito bom para quem não da bola para essas coisas.

La verdad que nunca fue un hotel espectacular. Pero solía tener lo suficiente para pasar la noche y darse un baño después de los largos días en los parques temáticos. Pero aprovecharon la pandemia para ahorrar en servicio. Si uno necesita algo, sábanas, toallas, papel higiénico, etc., hay que pedirlo en recepción en determinados horarios, que normalmente son los que uno no está. No limpian la habitación a diario, o mejor dicho, nunca durante la estadía. Está muy venido a menos. Lo mejor: la ubicación. Muy cerca de los parques de Disney y sobre la 192 que está llena de opciones para comer. Sinceramente, me costará mucho volver en un futuro cercano.

Péssima experiência. Os quartos tem a mobília velha, um cheio ruim, tinha barata nos quartos. O hotel não está oferecendo serviço de limpeza dos quartos, eles alegam ser por motivos relacionados à pandemia. Nunca antes havia ficado em um local com estrutura tão ruim.É uma pena pois o hotel fica em uma ótima localização, nas parece estar largado, literalmente abandonado.

Pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida. Quarto velho, carpete nojento,banheiro horroroso, toalhas de banho nojentas ( tive que sair e compras outras para conseguir usar) não tem arrumação do quarto.4 dias e absolutamente ninguém veio arrumar o quarto.Tem apenas uma pessoa na recepção e demorei mais de 1h30 na fila para conseguir fazer o check in. Hotel abandonado, ficou nos anos 70 e nunca fizeram uma reforma. Ontem vimos uma cobra no meio do corredor do hotel,não consegui filmar pq fiquei assustada na hora e estava com meu filho. Nem que seja o último hotel do mundo fiquem nesse lugar.Não compensa. Estamos no 5° dia de estadia e não tem limpeza de quarto.

Que mala experiencia en este hotel, cero higiene, cero servicio al cliente, un aire acondicionado que mojaba toda la alfombra mojada, cama rota, el frío congelado nos hicieron un cambio y nos dieron una con olor a pescado, ducha sucia, cero higiene a diario de las habitaciones, toallas manchadas de verdad nunca había ido un hotel en tan malas condiciones, tenia 3 lámparas de las cuales sólo servía una sola, el closet de la ropa oxidado, en condiciones inhumanas !! No recomendado

Buen precio, pero eso implica un PÉSIMO SERVICIO: no hacen el aseo (a pesar que se solicitó), no quisieron cambiar toallas ni dejar jabón adicional (una semana hospedados). El lavamanos sin funcionar y con goteras en la habitacion: en vez de reparar dejaron el bote "para los hielo" como herramienta de recolección de agua. Drenajes fétidos. Alfombras sucias, camas y la habitación en geneal con mal olor. No se recomienda a menos que no tengas más opciones, por la zona vimos hay de costo similar y de mejor calidad.

PIOR HOTEL QUE JA FIQUEI NA VIDA!! Sujo, cheiro de mofo, água do banho fede, banheiro com luz queimada, quarto só com luz do abajur. A única coisa boa é a localização, mas o cheiro de mofo é insuportável. Não limpam o quarto durante a estadia também

Te cobran un depósito dis que por cualquier daño.. no se para que, si ya todo esta rayado, dañado, apesta y no esta bien limpio🤷🏻‍♀️ y te lo devuelven dentro de 6 días el deposito... 5. La cerradura de la puerta esta dañada

La primer impresion y a primera vista, es espeluznante. Parece todo muy hacinado, Si uno no esta acostumbrado a este tipo de alojamiento economico. La habitacion es aticuada, al igual que todo lo que contiene y con olor a humedad. Baño completo. Aire acondicionado bien. Parking, piscina. Sin desayuno. La atencion del personal, normal, agradables. Personalmente no volveria. Pero si buscan algo economico, puede servir. Mas alla de todo, no hubo ningun problema de inseguridad.

The pictures attached should be enough.Had to wait an hour to complete check in, including standing in line before reaching the counter.I feel sorry for the people working here. Our 4 rooms had one or more of the following: uneven floors, lukewarm water, TV not working and no remote, mold, roaches, bedbugs.No thanks. The lady gave us a choice of 2 other rooms to switch to.First one seemed decent at first glance.The second had water dripping in the tub with a very visible hair on the side.The hair should have been noticed IF the room was in fact cleaned. We were tired of constant trips to the front desk by 10:30 and asked for a refund.All but 1 of the rooms received a full refund since the people staying there had already gone to sleep.We didn't want to fight it and were out of there by 11. In short, this place is beyond saving.The pictures on their site aren't anything like reality.You can't fix all of these problems without a bulldozing.

Wouldn’t give this place a single star if I could. The area is nice, the lobby itself and outside view of the place is nice and the price is what you would expect of a decent hotel in this area. However, my room itself is full of dirty furniture, a mini fridge that isn’t even sealed shut so it’s basically useless and will ruin anything I put in it, the bathroom and tub is dirty to the point my girlfriend doesn’t even want to go in it and not even 10 minutes into the room the cockroaches are coming out. I might as well have gotten a cheap motel since that’s what it feels like I’m staying in. The staff was more interested in joking around with each other instead of getting us checked in, I spent 20 minutes waiting at the counter for the lady to give us our key cards despite the fact I booked and paid for this room a whole day prior to check in. Save your money, go ANYWHERE but here. Pay for a 50.00 room, because that’s the quality of what you get here

Great location! Walking distance to few restaurants, mini golf, Fun Spot and Old Town. Other than that the pools are nice. The room are definitely not what they have pictured. Very outdated, needs to be renovated. Fortunately no bed bugs but they definitely have roaches and they half a*s clean between guests. You pay a resort fee and the amenities are trash( besides the pools)nothing works in the gym, only found one ice machine that worked, cable was basic on analog TV, did have a good wifi and hot water. Bring your own pillows or have space for new ones because you will be buying some, theirs are trash! Be sure to have some slides to walk around the room carpet is old and disgusting. I definitely made a trip to dollar tree for cleaning products once I got in a room. For a last minute destination I guess it'll do especially if you plan to be out for the day and just need to shower and sleep for a night or two but if you are planning to stay for a few days pick somewhere else.

Atendimento é péssimo, os quartos são velhos e sujos e não tem serviço de limpeza. Ficamos 6 dias no hotel e não teve nenhum tipo de serviço de limpeza. Tivemos que pedir toalhas e esperar 1h30 na recepção para pega-las. Além disso, encontramos uma barata na banheira do banheiro. Se não bastasse tudo ainda cobram taxa de resort de 70 dólares sem termos usado absolutamente nada da estrutura do hotel.

Never again. Worst stay ever and I booked it for 6 days. Not once did they cleaned the room. Not once did they refill the toilet paper or garbage bags. I had to request them. The room was beat up. Damaged furniture and rusty appliances. The price was not nearly worth the stay. I felt ripped off $125 per night. Not worth it. I’ve had better experiences for that price per night. The photos online do not reflect the actual rooms. Ghettoest place ever! We stayed near the stairs and you could hear people coming in and out and going up and down the stairs. There was a leak near our room that cause a putrid smell. No working ice machine. Please don’t book here more than one night.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The amount of things wrong here are too many to list. 1 working ice machine for 4 buildings. Beat up old furniture. Bathroom that was leaking and causing the wall to break apart. Stains on the walls. I could go on, but you should get the picture. The photos on line are nothing like the actual rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff here is amazing! Mercedes at the front desk saw that I was traveling alone so she switched my room so I'd be closer to the front desk for safety. The room wasn't AMAZING but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negatives were the room was kinda beat up and old, and it was a maze trying to find the room. It's a pretty good deal for the price.

O hotel é péssimo, sujo, os quartos tem um cheiro de mofo fortíssimo. Me colocaram em um quarto que o cheiro era insuportável, solicite a troca e fui para um “menos pior”. Móveis velhos, televisões velhas, e o hotel é usado de habitação para muitas pessoas. Passei apenas 7 dias e não ocorreu nenhuma situação desagradável além do próprio quarto nesse período, mas é possível conseguir opções de mesmo valor em hotéis melhores. Pesquisem, mas não se hospedem no Seralago. Não indico!!!

Deben hacer una renovación a las habitaciones y una pintura no caería mal. El servicio al cliente es bueno solo una persona, una dama q no nos trató muy bien que digamos... Asumo q estaría cansada pq fui tarde. El servicio a la habitación nunca lo tuve. Y la persona q se encarga de arreglar cosas dañadas, fue antender mi petición y estaba bajo los efectos de bebida alcohólica, considero q no son maneras trabajar. Las camas son muy cómodas y el aire es excelente!

Worst place I’ve stood! I was informed that they don’t clean the rooms because they were short staffed. So I sent my husband down to the front counter for some clean towels. He was told that we couldn’t get towels from them but they would send housekeeping to give me some. 40 minutes go by and still no towels. I call them and say no one brought towels, they say will send someone. Well no one showed up. The next day I ask them for towels and tissue and then say we will send someone. Of course they didn’t bring them again, so I call the front desk from my room repeatedly and they won’t pick up. The rooms a very dirty and the hot tub water was brown. This was not worth $100 a night and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!

Hotel has so much potential. However, it's so outdated. I got the one bedroom suite and it's very spacious for a family of 4. But the room is so old and rusty. The light in the vanity in the bathroom was not working at all. So bathroom was dark during our entire stay. Some furniture was damaged. The mini fridge had rust in it. Coffee maker has tiny roaches. I will not recommend this hotel to any family or friends. But if you have a open mind about hotels and wanna save some money, this is the place. I promise if they update the furniture this hotel will come back to life. & be worth another stay.

É a terceira vez e a última que vamos ao Seralago. Nas duas primeiras vezes tivemos estadias simples, as agradáveis. Inclusiva recomendamos pelo preço acessível e comodiades. Agora não dá mais. O atendimento foi péssimo e confuso, a taxa de resort é alta e não oferece opções suficientes para justificar. Com a desculpa de "por conta da pandemia", não limpam mais o quarto diariamente, obrigam a pedir papel higiênico e toalhas limpas e não entregam, os equipamentos no quarto funcionam mal, não avisaram que iam cobrar a caução e a taxa de resort no momento do check in e fizeram o checkout no cartão errado. Novos funcionários estão perdidos e tem pouco staff trabalhando. Lanchonete fechada e serviço de transfer atrasado. Enfim, não voltaremos e recomendo que todos evitem.

Pior hotel que já fiquei ...horrível é muito sujo. O quarto que ficamos nunca havia sido aspirado a funcionária do hotel me disse não existe aspirador de carpete. O mesmo era de carpete cor verde no chão e tudo sujo. Baratas e outros insetos são companhia. Cheiro forte de mofo. Serviço de quarto não existe!! Você mesmo a tem de retirar o lixo e pedi um aspiradordisseram que não tem no hotel e mandaram uma vassoura velha para eu varrer. Vimos até uma briga de hóspedes e funcionários. A polícia foi até chamada. Qto descaso!!! Outra coisa achamos uma cobra no corredor que entrou em buraco. Não indico a ninguém pasar por isso...8 dias hospedado lá e nunca houve limpeza de quarto . Se eu quis trocar toalhas foi Porq eu exigi no intenofone. Devia fechar se não conseguem manter higiene .CAde a fiscalização e vigilância sanitária da Flórida????

Horrible! En recepción absolutamente nadie habla Español! El personal que atiende en Recepción debería saber idiomas. Las habitaciones juntan demasiada humedad y el olor de la misma es insoportable. Mal diseñadas respecto a la ventilación. Las paredes con defectos y mal pintadas. La puerta del baño se nos atoró muchas veces y no cerraba muy bien. La puerta hacia afuera no cerraba muy bien y tenía que ser con demasiada Fuerza. No recomiendo este Hotel.

Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui! Boas coisas:-Excelente localização: há toneladas de restaurantes e lojas por perto, parques próximos ao hotel, ponto de ônibus super perto do hotel.- Bom pessoal.- Este hotel tem animais de estimação! Há gatos fofos ao redor do hotel, animais super dóceis e amorosos. Eu simplesmente me apaixonei pelo gato preto.- Piscina e jacuzzi: O jacuzzi ficou com bolhas, é super agradável, a água da piscina e do jacuzzi está na temperatura perfeita.- Preço: consegui um acordo de US$ 20 por noite, o que é ótimo. Eu recomendo que você reserve sua estadia aqui, ainda mais se você encontrar um bom negócio online.- Se você quiser adicionar mais noites à sua estadia, basta ir ao lobby antes do horário de check-out e informar que reservou mais noites online. Não há necessidade de check-out e check-in novamenteCoisas ruins:- A polícia vinha com muita frequência para questões relacionadas a pessoas bêbadas.- À noite, as pessoas ficam bêbadas no jacuzzi e na área da piscina.- Os quartos poderiam ser mais limpos e agradáveis, também há pequenos insetos, mas não é grande coisa.Eu ficaria aqui novamente! I really enjoyed my stay here! Good things: -Great location: there are tons of restaurants and stores near by, parks are close to the hotel, bus stop super close to the hotel. - Nice staff. - This hotel has pets! There are cute cats around the hotel, super sweet and loving animals. I just felt in love with the black cat. - Pool and Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi got bubbles, it's super nice, the pool and jacuzzi water is the perfect temperature. - Price: I got a deal of $20 per night, which is great. I would recommend you to book your stay here, even more if you find a good deal online. - If you want to add more nights to your stay, you just have to go to the lobby before the check out time and let them know you booked more nights online. No need to check out and then check in again Bad things: - Police would come very often for issues related to drunk people. - At night people get drunk/high in the jacuzzi and pool area. - Rooms could be cleaner and made nicer, there are also small insects, but it's not a big deal. I would stay here again! My stay at Kissimmee was lovely! Had a wonderful vacation. Please someone let me know what happened to the black pregnant cat, she is literally the sweetest cat I ever met

Em primeiro lugar, este hotel parecia bom por um segundo quando você entra no lobby da frente. Mas assim que você sai daquele saguão, ele desce a partir daí. Quando meu namorado e eu fomos para o nosso quarto ficamos um pouco preocupados quando vimos as condições externas. realmente velho e enferrujado ou torto e bagunçado. Sinceramente não sei, mas foi uma luta entrar e sair por aquela porta. Especialmente quando tivemos que nos esforçar ao máximo para fechar a porta por completo. Eu quase comecei a chorar por não querer ficar naquele lugar, mas meu namorado e eu dirigimos de vários estados para a Flórida. Ele me disse que isso era apenas uma tempestade antes da calmaria, e que tempestuoso aquele lugar! Havia mofo rosa nos banheiros, os panos e toalhas não pareciam nem cheiravam limpos, a geladeira estava quebrada, a banheira não parecia limpa, havia lixo de outros moradores ainda no banheiro, os espelhos estavam sujos e as camas eram simplesmente horrível! Felizmente, fomos capazes de entrar em nosso carro e pegar um cobertor, panos e toalhas, já que tínhamos todas as nossas coisas conosco. Não confiávamos deitados na cama e especialmente debaixo das cobertas. Nós nunca andamos no chão sem nossos sapatos. Nada parecia ter sido chicoteado ou higienizado.. o número do nosso quarto era 1026, alguém realmente precisa consertar essa porta! Reservamos este quarto através do Hopper, um aplicativo de viagem, então não conseguimos recuperar nosso dinheiro. Além disso, quando chegamos, eles nos cobraram um extra de 20 dólares por uma taxa de resort. Esse é o pior resort que eu já estive. Além disso, eles mantêm seu depósito por 7 a 10 dias úteis. Não sei se é assim que as coisas são feitas na Flórida, mas nunca ouvi falar de um resort ou hotel fazendo isso! Sempre recebi meu depósito de volta 24 ou 48 horas após o check-out. Mas se é assim que as coisas são feitas em certos lugares, lição aprendida. Este lugar merece estrelas negativas! Eu estava implorando ao meu namorado para dormirmos no carro... Sério! Por favor, salve-se, não vale a pena.

Fuimos un grupo de 9 personas y estuvimos 6 dias-5noches. Nunca limpiaron la habitación o realizaron cambios de toallas y sabanas. Nosotros sacábamos la basura y manteníamos las habitaciones limpia pero hasta el papel de baño compramos. Una de las camas tenía las sabanas manchadas de sangre. Eso indica que no se lavaron previo a nuestra llegada. En una ocasión, la alarma de incendio del edificio se activó a las 4:00 de la madrugada, haciendo un ruido espantoso. Estuvo activada durante mas de media hora. Todos nos levantamos asustados y hasta salimos a ver que sucedía. Nadie nos dio una explicación o una excusa e incluso la persona del front desk contesto con repugnancias y malas actitudes cuando se le llamó para validar si realmente había una emergencia. Varias personas abandonaron el hotel a esa hora. No lo recomiendo

Extremely horrible customer service, the front desk associates are very rude, the rooms are covered with a mildew smell and black mold all across the ceiling of the shower. There is an abundance of trash and drug usage right in the parking lot of the hotel. They literally had security standing in the lobby staining at me when I checked out because I complained about their services politely and asked for a corporate number. As I exited the facility he then leaves as well which is very uncomfortable due to everything that is transpiring in this country already. I do not and will never recommend this hotel to anyone please do not waste your time or money. Your health is not worth it. I don’t even want to give them 1star.

First off this hotel looked good for a second when you enter the front lobby. But as soon as you leave that lobby it goes downhill from there. When my boyfriend and I went to our room we were a little worried when we saw the outside conditions.. I put my key in the door and as soon as I tried to open it, it seemed to have lowered itself because it’s hinges were either really old and rusty or bent and messed up. I honestly don’t know, but it was a fight getting in and out of that door. Especially when we had to try our hardest to close the door all the way. I almost started crying not wanting to stay in that place, but my boyfriend and I drove from states away to move to Florida.. He told me that this was just a storm before the calm, and oh how stormy that place was! There was pink mold in the bathrooms, the washcloths and towels didn’t looked nor smelled clean, fridge was broke, tub didn’t look clean, there was trash from other residents still in the bathroom, mirrors were dirty, and the beds were just horrible! Luckily we were able to go into our car and grab a blanket, cloths, and towels since we had all of our stuff with us. We didn’t trust laying on the bed and especially underneath the covers. We never even walked on the floor with out our shoes. Nothing seemed to have been whipped down or sanitized.. our room number was 1026, someone really needs to fix that door! We booked this room through Hopper, a traveling app, so we couldn’t get our money back. Also when we arrived they charged us an extra 20 bucks for a resort fee. That is the worst resort I’ve ever been to. And on top of that they hold your deposit for 7 to 10 business days. I don’t know if this is how things are done in Florida but I’ve never heard of a resort nor hotel doing this! I’ve always gotten my deposit back 24 or 48 hours after check out. But if this is how things are done at certain places, lesson learned. This place deserve Negative Stars! I was begging my boyfriend for us to just sleep in the car.. Seriously! Please save yourself, it’s not worth it.

The Front desk clerks are very very rude to arriving customers, and check in doesn't start until 2pm which is grueling for travelers who are just getting off flight's to spend the holiday with family, they don't even allow you to sit in the lobby with your mask on to escape the heat, your literally forced to wait on the curb with your luggage I'd you arrive before 2pm. I recommend you do not waste time and money in staying in this place that should not be called a hotel, it was my worst experience with my family for the end of the year, the rooms are totally dirty with a bad smell and beds very deteriorated the tv without signal, the Very dirty bathrooms, broken furniture and completely abandoned facilities, the experience was so bad that my children did not want to go back into the room after they saw it.The money return policies do not exist for this place, and we prefer to lose our money from the reserve, the cuel was not cheap before returning.I very rarely make any kind of criticism or comment about a place I visit, but I do not want another person or family to go through such an unpleasant experience

When we walked in our room we quickly seen how dirty it was the pull out bed was starting to decay and the mattress was absolutely disgusting, the fold out bed was disgusting and was obviously starting to break the mattress in the pull out was like a prison bed. The hot tub was extremely gross, leaves and a lot of dirt. We asked for towels. Recieved them the next day after having to call 2 more times, the security guard tried to look in peoples room, he also kept following me and my cousin around the premises, despite having service dogs we ended up being prohibited from the premises and not allowed back because of dog hair. All the fire extinguisher glass cases are broken. Our door did not shut all the way and my cousin opened the door and the handle broke off, the whole resort had trash overflowing mostly no ice machines work and in the laundry room most of the washers smelled like mildew and the dryers sucked so bad it took 2 loads to finally get our clothes dry. Just please don't waste your money on this crooked nasty place

We have been coming to the seralago for 20 years. We didn't make it last year because of the pandemic. This hotel has really gone downhill. There's trash everywhere on the sidewalks outside of the hotel rooms. The first room they gave us was filthy it stunk there was grit on the counter tops it was awful. A very nice young lady named Asia helped us out at the front desk and we got a new room.

NUNCA FIQUE NESTE HOTEL !!!!!!!! Se eu não pudesse dar estrelas, eu o faria! As fotos dos quartos em seu site não são nada como os quartos reais. Vim de Chicago e deixe-me dizer que os quartos eram horríveis. Havia um forte cheiro de mofo emanando da sala. As luzes da sala não funcionavam. Eu tive que ligar para a recepção para consertá-los. O banheiro estava tão sujo. O chuveiro completamente nojento. Hadley todos os artigos de toalete foram dados. As toalhas que foram fornecidas eram duras e manchadas. A roupa de cama estava suja e velha era horrível. Minha última e última gota foram as baratas que estavam na sala. Por favor, ouça todos os outros comentários sobre este ser o pior hotel. Eles estão certos!!!!! Eu fiz o check-out logo depois de fazer o check-in, não havia absolutamente nenhuma maneira de eu ficar lá. Prefiro dormir no meu carro! Ah, e se você expressar suas opiniões sobre seus quartos desagradáveis e hóspede extra rastejante. Melissa, a supervisora de front-end, ficará feliz em chamá-lo de mentiroso sobre o que você viu 🙄! Muy caro el resort fee para lo que ofrecen (ni desayuno). Además no encontré aclaraciones sobre que iban a cobrar esto.La habitación con olor a humedad, la bañera con un líquido negro y el tapón de la misma oxidado. La luz del baño funcionaba cuando quería.Lo bueno es que tiene estacionamiento, recepción 24 hs y que queda cerca de los parques.

El hotel es de paso para una noche no estadías largas, está muy deteriorado y desaseado, con el personal que interactúe de mantenimiento y recepción fue amable, las fotos vs realidad cambian bastante, la ubicación es buena, no encuentras en el hotel restaurante, venta de boletos a parques, el estacionamiento es gratis.

Muy mala atención en la recepción. A mi familia casi la dejan durmiendo en la recepción por un error de ellos, a las 2 de la mañana se dignaron a darles habitación, aunque ya estuviera todo pago. Fueron muy groseros, me colgaron el teléfono varias veces. La calefacción en las habitaciones no servía y no tenían cobijas adicionales para dar.La lavandería tampoco funcionan algunas secadoras y no ayudan en nada.De positivo: ubicación, muy cerca a todo.

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!! If I could give it no stars I would! The pictures of there rooms on their website are nothing like their actually rooms. I came down from Chicago and let me tell you the rooms were nasty. There was this strong musty smell emanating from the room. The lights in the room didn’t work. I had to call the front desk to have them fixed. The bathroom was so dirty. The shower completely gross. Hadley any toiletries were given. The towels that were supplied were hard and stained. The bedding was dingy and old it was horrible. My last and final straw was the roaches that were in the room. Please listen to all the other reviews about this being the worse hotel. They are right!!!!! I checked out right after I checked in there was absolutely no way I was staying there. I would rather sleep in my car! Oh and if you voice your opinions about their nasty rooms and extra crawly guest. Melissa the front end supervisor will be happy to call you a liar about what you saw 🙄! She must agree because she has crawly friends in her home. Bottom line- DON’T ever stay here extremely dirty filthy nasty rooms.

Good for enjoying theme park if you only have to use-this hotel for sleeping. They provide shuttle for Disney parks and more with time schedules. Good hotel for night to sleep and rest of the day you can leave your room and visit to different parks and places. The price of the hotel is relevant.

Don't believe everything you read about room conditions, etc. Every hotel of this caliber and age is going to have a room or two with issues! We had two separate issues with water in our room, and each time we told them about it, they gave us a new room. The down side to that was having to move rooms twice! Needless to say, they gave us no problem with either request. It's important to note; that it did rain quite a bit during our stay, and I do mean quite a bit! I'm sure the Hotel expects some rain related issues during the summer months. After all, it is Florida's hurricane season!!! Also, don't forget. You get what you pay for? If you're getting a super great rate, and it's not a 5 star hotel? Don't expect a 5 star hotel..... There are two pools, both are nice but the main pool is better overall. They get crowded, and they have a few deep areas. So please be mindful if you have little ones. For those who read this review prior to my editing it. I haven't forgotten the issues with some of the front desk staff. However; their are some really nice, professional front desk staff and I don't want to take away from them. They do and can make up for the negatives! LOOK, BOTTOM LINE IS THIS: If you need a hotel with some pretty great rates? This is the place to stay... As I said above, (just remember, you get what you pay for!) My rule of thumb as of late is simply. If you go in with a good attitude, your mostly going to spread that around and have a good experience. NO MATTER WHERE YOU STAY, I WISH YOU A FABULOUS STAY¡!!

This place was wonderful. We come often for my husband to go to hospital down the road. We have tried lots of places up and down the main road. This one by far the best! It was the cleanest one we have been to. My only complaint was the water was not hot. It was barely warm. But on that note I will be returning!!!!

This place is horrible. The pictures are not at all what it seems. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. When I arrived the first bad sign was witnessing other customers complaints. I get to my room and the key card didn't work. The door was stuck. Went to get help at front desk and was given attitude from the employee.so I go back and finally get someone to help open the door and Wala got stoned walled by the horrible mold smellthe room was damped it smelled horrible like mildew and there was mold all over the walls and door. Complained and was told I couldn't get another room till next day cause they were booked. I left to enjoy what I could that night but when I came.back the room was even worse. Could not sleep or stay another second..I went back to front desk and complained they still try to get me to stay in that room. My husband has asthma and could not breath the mold. So they finally gave us another room. Looked better didn't smell as bad but what did I see cockroaches. Omg I wanted to scream..did not sleep couldn't find another hotel..so early am I checked out. Still waiting for my refund. This place is horrible and should be shut down.

so we rented 6 rooms with this place at once.six. in those six rooms, we had an ac unit that was broke and leaking into the room in one, LITERALLY HAD BED BUGS IN ANOTHER...in my room the previous folks who rented the rooms mess was still there almost as if they didn't do anything but change the sheets (hopefully they did that) it was so gross and in the bathroom the dirt and black marks from someone's previous bath had not even been cleaned out, another room SMELLED AWFUL of cigars and in another room the front door would not even shut almost as if it had been kicked in. the lights where the grills are didn't work, the grills themselves don't get cleaned there was literally a pile of ash on the ground in front of the grill i kid you not almost 2 feet tall. I wasn't expecting five star hotel quality, but good lord have some work ethic and care about your business

2014 I wish I took pictures to share, but I didn't. My week here was okay. We had rooms booked elsewhere, but something happened and we ended up here. It wasn't bad because we where close to just about everything. The rooms were outdated, but fun. The room we stayed in was divided into two areas. A regular room on one side and a playful kids room on the other. It was cool to see and experience with little kids.

Para nada, no vuelvo, no me gustó nada, 15 días y NUNCA limpiaron el cuarto. Tuve que ir al Front Desk a pedir papel de inodoro en 3 ocasiones y en una de ellas me dijeron que estaban corto de papel higiénico. Todos los días pedía que me limpiaran el cuarto y NUNCA lo limpiaron. Baños sucios, un hotel viejísimo, cucarachas en el cuarto, el restaurante estaba cerrado. En realidad el peor hotel que yo me haya hospedado en Florida. Primera y última vez que me hospedo en ese hotel. Tan es así que pienso hacerle una reclamación a mi tarjeta de crédito para ver si me acreditan parte de la estadía porque el servicio fue super pésimo.

Para mi era muy huen lugar para estar por la razon q años atras era diferemte pero cuando me encontré con la realidad en esta ultima estadía qu vi el hotel en picada, malisima experiencia 1 habitación no tenia agua caliente , 2 habitación despues de llegar de la calle la puerta no habría y decidi marcharme del hotel muy aparte que estaba todo demasiado sucio y con muy mal olor, definitivamente no vuelvo a rentar mas ahi , como estamos hoy en dia con la situación del covid esta pésima la ingiene de ese lugar

Sem problemas!Existem duas piscinas, ambas são boas, mas a piscina principal é melhor no geral. Eles ficam lotados e têm algumas áreas profundas. Portanto, esteja atento se tiver filhos.Dito isto: eles são alguns Karen's na recepção e eles adoram discutir. Na verdade, gosta de se passar por gerente; No entanto, ela não é. Una decepción total, la estadía de este hotel la pagamos en línea y pagamos para quedarnos 20 días, cuando llegamos nos sabíamos que tocaba pagar 400 de más por tags y depósito, sin más remedio tocó pagar esa cantidad. El primer cuarto que nos dieron estaba demasiado feo, Con un olor fuerte a cigarrillo y guardado por lo que pedimos un cambio de cuarto. El segundo que nos dieron estaba un poco mejor, pero nos dimos cuenta que no servía la nevera por lo que también pedimos un cambio de nevera. Todo estaba aparentemente bien hasta el momento hasta que ya nos íbamos a acostar a dormir, salen más de 5 cucarachas de las esquina de la pared y viendo como se subían a la lámpara. Muy inconformes con esta situación tuvimos que salir corriendo de ese hotel y exigir el reembolso de todos los días que pagamos por la estadía. Mi hermana entro mucho en pánico y se puso a llorar, y creo que esto es una experiencia que no debería vivir ninguna persona cuando se va a quedar en un hotel, así que no recomiendo para nada este hotel, de verdad muy nefasto todo, y tras del hecho muy mal atención por parte de la recepción y el manager del hotel de ese momento.

Finally got some umbrellas and tables very happy about that. I saw 2 guys working really hard cleaning windows doors even the walls outside building A by the pool side. Wow these guys CLEANED THEM VERY GOOD, not just a wipe down they were scrubbing and cleaning so good. I locked to see that. They did such a awesome job. Our room the toilet water comes up to the top but never overflowed thank goodness. They seem to be fixing the place up happy with that as we come here at least 4-5 times each summer for a week. Great job..

You never know what you are gonna get with this place, sometimes you might have a microwave and a good TV and a fridge, sometimes you won’t have anything but a TV from the 1990s (and no outlets in the room to charge a phone). The people that work there may be polite and nice but that doesn’t make up for the quality of the rooms. My room’s shower literally leaked from inside the bathroom all the way into the sleeping area (somehow it flowed through the walls.) I had an early checkout and a requested refund and all I see in my bank account is then processing the refund and then right after taking the money back out. Even though I don’t understand how something like this would be possible, the deposit they had pending in my account that was suppose to be refunded disappeared but the money never returned to my account. The only thing that’s good about this place is the people who work there, but that still doesn’t make up for how many issues it had for me to rate it any higher than 1 star.

Simplesmente PÉSSIMO!Não indico pra ninguém, os quartos fedem a mofo, água nas torneiras e chuveiro nem se fala, não existe! Tudo muito velho, local realmente largado. O barato sai caro, não caiam nessa, mesmo porque sabemos até que a limpeza desse lugares são horríveis, sem contar o medo de pegar os famosos “bag”.As fotos que eles apresentam devem ser de quando inauguram.Eu fechei 15 dias pra mim e pra minha família, praticamente no mesmo dia sai correndo de lá, solicitei o cancelamento e a devolução do valor pago.De hotel não tem nada, parece mais um motel (pulgueiro).Corraaaaaam de lá.

I do have to commend the staff for trying to make our stay comfortable but they couldn't do it. But it was not their fault. All the place needs is some money thrown at it and it would be an amazing place.

The environment is well.... Not for single women travelers. The police was parked out and it was the safest place to park. It seems more like a run down apartment complex than a hotel. They charged a $50 deposit promised to return it within 3-5 business days. 9 days later, I still don't have it. I WILL NOT recommend this location. Where's my money? Also has hidden fees., not listed on hotel website.

I had a great time staying here. The manager Luis was very helpful and an amazing person! They were honest when I called them trying to find my sons ipad. Appreciate them. Definitely would stay again. Room was super cool too my kids loved the kids suite. Even if they slept with mommy the whole time😂😂 Thanks again!

Like others have said, it is rundown but they’re working on it. They’re doing work all around and trying to bring it back to its former glory but that may take some time. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. The front desk was great to me. You get what you give I guess.
