Hotel com fraca limpeza,casas de banho sujas com pelos no lavatório,uma das camas tinha pelos e outra manchas nos lençóis.A Internet é coisa que não funciona.Nem para abrir o email.Estive em um hotel em espanha onde todos os clientes navegavam a 40mb por segundo neste hotel deixei assuntos pendentes devido a internet que não funcionava.Os funcionários são simpáticos e o pequeno almoço têm bastante qualidade.Mas os quartos e a sua limpeza não corresponde ao nível de 4 estrelas.Encontrei quartos assim em pensões e não em hotéis com distinção de 4 estrelas. Excelente servicio al cliente, buen desayuno,cuartos cómodos y buena ducha. Tuvimos que tomar Uber todos los dias pero no son grandes distancias.Amil en la recepción es super amable y Ana en el restaurante es excelente. Estamos contentos de haber seleccionado este hotel.

Hemos estado tres noches con la familia, las estancias del hotel están muy cuidadas, tanto las comunes como la habitación. El desayuno completo y en un espacio agradable. El staff es muy servicial y educado. Agradecer especialmente el trato recibido por Elvira, trato totalmente profesional ante cualquier situación. Un placer tratar con profesionales así. Gracias.

Es la primera vez que tengo una experiencia tan mala en un hotel. Sumado a eso, la piscina no alcanza ni para 1 piso del hotel y son 8 pisos!! Con 20 personas se llena y no dejan ingresar mas, y solo tienen comodidades para 15 personas entre sillas y reposeras. La atención es muy mala y las respuestas del personal denotan su falta de experiencia

Positive: great air condition, comfortable bed, superb breakfast, good public transportation close to the hotel. Negative: my room was prepared for 4 ppl, while I was alone, so I couldn’t use the couch. There was a door within the room (nr 527) where you can go through, even it was closed, I could here everything from the other room, it was not sound proofed. I asked for another room but since the hotel was fully booked they couldn’t give. I think in a 4 star hotel you should not listen everything loudly from your neighbor.

Padrão Novotel, vale pela proximidade ao aeroporto (15 minutos) e se sua estada não objetiva turismo. É distante ao centro turístico de Madrid e não consultei sobre haver acessos por metrô ali perto.

Excelente Hotel, muy nuevo, el personal, siempre sonriente, muy atentos y totalmente dispuestos a ayudarte. ( desde mi opinión, te hacen sentir muy bien ) la Limpieza de la habitación muy bien ! El desayuno excelente. Adicional es un hotel de fácil accesibilidad !

Celebramos la comunión de nuestro hijo el domingo , las instalaciones vistas desde la terraza , organización muy bien. Cristina, la organizadora de eventos muy amable y muy atenta en todo momento. El personal de cocina igual. La comida por lo general muy bien, excepto los entrantes que pedimos embutido jamón, no era de muy buena calidad y lo hubiera acompañado con pan de cristal en vez de pan tostado.

Very nice room, good bed and also an effective aircondition! 😁 Only negative was that the water pressure in the shower is really soft and the smart functions on the smart TV was disabled... Screening from phone did not work properly.. Only sound and subtitle, but no picture.. The staff is super nice and helpful and service is really good, except in the late evening it was quite slow... We waited very long to get our ordered drinks, took around 20-30 minutes.. Free gym is also good! 😁

Lugar agradable , El desayuno lo mejor , gran variedad todo muy rico, los empleados muy atentos, Lo malo fue que no pasaro. A hacer la limpieza , dejamos el cartel de que por favor se limpie mientras estábamos conociendo la Ciudad pero al regresar al hotel sobre las 23h la habitación no estaba limpia , llamamos a recepción y la excusa fue que la de limpieza dijo k había un cartel de no molestar, en fin por la hora no se podía limpiar la habitación nos ofrecieron total las o cambiar a una habitación similar , decidimos la 2 opción , lo otro a tener en cuenta si vas con niños esk la cama supletoria es un sofá cama y la habitación NO es espaciosa .

Un moderno y actual hotel, con la acostumbrada calidad de la mayoría de los hoteles Accor, este no falla habitaciones actuales y modernas, buenas instalaciones buen desayuno (sin ser el mejor) y sobre todo excelente servicio de parte de todo el personal. Buena ubicación pero está a varios minutos andando de la más cercana estación de metro, aunque tienes una para de bus justo enfrente, es ideal cuando vienes a Madrid en coche. Algo muy bueno a mencionar es que son gusto resguardan tu equipaje si continúas tu viaje por Europa y no quieres ir cargando maletas, algo que resulta muy cómodo viviendo del otro lado del mundo.

Me he alojado varias veces en este hotel. La limpieza es increíble. Las habitaciones están siempre impolutas. Y el trato de sus empleados desde recepción, hasta camareros y limpieza, amable y entregado. El checking es rapidísimo. Sin duda un lugar donde alojarse con calidad y precio

Pretty good location in terms of commuting from the airport. Not that far from places to be visited while in Madrid. Buffett breakfasts really tasty. So are main courses from the card served in the restaurant. You can also rent an electric scooter at the reception desk. Couldn’t ask for more for private nir business trip

The Hotel rejected any refund after we had to cancel due to a positive covid test.A short summary what happened: Precautionary, we decided to do a self-test on the day of travel. Unfortunately, one of the self-tests was positive and to avoid a cancellation for a potential false-positive result we decided to do a PCR test. We also immediately informed the hotel about the positive self-test and they agreed on changing the booking for the following day.On the next day, we unfortunately received the message that the PCR test was also positive and therefore we had to cancel the booking. To our surprise the hotel suddenly did not feel responsible anymore for this matter and told us to call booking.com instead.While being on the phone with the booking.com customer support we were told that the hotel manager was out of office and that we should expect feedback on our cancellation the following day. To our surprise, about 10 minutes after our call with the customer support we already received the rejection via booking.com that we won’t receive any refund.In terms of covid I understand that hotels are suffering and I did not expect to receive a full refund. Since we did not use any of the hotel service nor did we cause any work for them, I would have at least expected a partial refund especially since we went the extra mile and did self-tests and even a PCR test before travelling to make sure we are not a risk for others.

Super the best staff ever Alex! Congrats to the hotel, for having such a good and professional staff. The hotel has an amazing modern look and they share the grounds with Ibis, lower floors belongs to Ibis and higher floors to Novotel, oddbut works. The breakfast is expensive but they have cook on site and the buffet is huge, but for the price per person they should have more vegan options. TV is BIG, really new and good but just Spanish channels. Beds really comfortable, bathroom clean, modern and functional, but no bathtub. If you travel with your own streaming device using the wifi is impossible since they require you to login some information in the browser, because of that only mobiles, tables and laptops works.

Yo solo he estado en la terraza tomando algo, no he pernoctado en el hotel, aunque algunos familiares si lo han hecho, fue antes de que lo reformaran, así que mejor no opinar en ese aspecto. La terraza era bonita y era tranquila, a pesar de estar pegada a la piscina y a la autovía. Pero por su ubicación, demasiado soleada, así que son necesarias sombrillas. Fue caro en comparación con las terrazas de la zona, pero no en comparación con este tipo de establecimientos en la ciudad (terrazas modernas en hoteles de 4 ó 5 estrellas). Quizá falta algo de decoración con plantas que de paso amortigüen la temperatura o difusores de agua, además de sombrillas (que creo recordar que de esas tenían, pero las montaron muy tarde). Desconozco si abren la terraza en invierno, pero con unos champiñones puede ser un sitio agradable.

Em termos gerais o Hotel é ruim, e, certamente num retorno à Madrid não ficaria no Novotel Puente de Lá Paz novamente. Há centenas de opções em Madrid, com preços de diárias bem similares, em locais mais próximos ao Centro Histórico para quem vem a Madrid com finalidades de turismo. Sair de Uber do Hotel à Puerta del Sol não sai por menos de 15 € dependendo do horário. O café da manhã é extremamente caro e se encontra em padarias ou churrerías de Madrid opções muito mais baratas.O atendimento na recepção por um atendente do sexo masculino foi muito cordial, todavia, ao necessitar de uma informação, uma atendente, do sexo feminino foi extremamente grosseira e mal educada.Outra questão sobre o atendimento: Em pleno verão madrilenho, combo sol se ponto às 22h, num calor escaldante, a piscina só funciona até as 21h... ora... nada justifica tal medida, pois havia muitos hóspedes na piscina. Verifica-se que falta flexibilidade no trato geral.

Ar condicionado estava insuficiente para manter o quarto fresco. O botão de regulagem de temperatura não funcionava, segundo o atendente, quando fiz a reclamação. Me disse que a temperatura tinha regulagem fixa em 20 °C, mas o quarto estava a mais de 24°C. Os carpetes dos corredores parecem meio velhos e sujos, poderiam ser trocados. O café da manhã sensacional! Muitas frutas, sucos, pães, bolos, ovos, embutidos, bebidas quentes, ... Atendimento dos funcionários também excelente.

Houve um vacilo nesse hotel, furtaram uma bolsa no café da manhã de uma senhora com passaporte, dinheiro, celular e outros documentos pessoais. Pegaram na cadeira onde ela estava tomando café. Ela foi buffet pegar um yogorte quando voltou tinha desaparecido. Segundo nosso guia tem carteirista que se hospeda no hotel para furta. É bom hotel! Fica o aviso!

Hotel tranquilo. Confortável. Piscina pequena, mas satisfaz. O atendimento do restaurante é demorado e, embora saborosos, os valores são elevados comparados ao mesmo prato em outros estabelecimentos. Os funcionários da recepção são muito gentis e atenciosos. O sinal de wi-fi não funcionou bem durante a hospedagem.

El hotel está genial...pero deberían de avisar de que con las medidas del covid solo puedes disfrutar de la piscina 1 hora y al día siguiente hasta las 12 no la vuelven a abrir, cosa que limita el poder disfrutar de un baño por la mañana...

Genial!!!. Para repetir sin duda!. Personal recepción y camareras de piso de 10. Habitación estupenda. Colchones súper cómodos. Personal muy agradable y hotel muy bonito, práctico y funcional. Es un Hotel muy limpio, bonito bien mantenido. Las habitaciones muy buenas. Sin embargo La piscina es mínima y toman turnos para entrar a usarla. Solo hay 7 sillas y la capacidad de personas es de 32 lo que hace imposible sentarse a cuidar a los niños, quienes no pueden estar allí solos, así que toca sentarse en el piso o quedarse parado. El salvavidas o quien parece serlo no para de ha hablar con su móvil. Tienen que organizar mejor esto.

Excellent hotel. Staff is kind and friendly. I am here during the pandemic and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (though no annoying odor). Even though it is next to a freeway it is very quiet. Arrived on an all night flight from US and needed a nap. No problem!

It's a good place with decent staff and one of the more English friendly receptions. I was surprised how important this is when it's your first time in city with zero to no Spanish exposure. I liked how the staff helped me overall :)

I've only stayed here for one night whilst at work. Room was nice (a bit too much style over substance for my liking) smart TV functions were not available (no Netflix or android, apple stream have not worked or I couldn't figure it out.) Really nice bar in the lobby. Very good service! I recommend for business stay but I think I could be good for groups or family as well.

Pretty standard room, clean. We got a family room 4bed. It's a double and a sofa bed. So tiny but I guess that normal. Price ok. Very friendly, good location. Great cold pool.
