Antigo, mas muito bem conservado, quartos amplos e com serviços muito bons.

Este não é o Ritz, mas se você procura um lugar perto do aeroporto com vários quartos, esta é uma ótima opção. O prédio é antigo e precisa de um pouco mais de manutenção, mas estava limpo e a equipe foi útil. Tínhamos dois quartos, dois banheiros que tinham uma área de estar e de refeições separada. Era muito grande e poderia acomodar facilmente os cinco convidados que ficaram lá.

This is not the Ritz, but if you're looking for a place near the airport with multiple rooms, this is a great option. The building is old and needs a little more upkeep but was clean and the staff was helpful. We had a two bedroom, two bath room that had a separate living and eating area. It was very large and could easily accommodate the five guests that stayed there.

This hotel is under Hilton umbrella. However, it doesn't have security or door key locks. The room has kitchenette and it is bigger than most of Hilton hotels rooms I have tried. The bedroom has two full-queen beds and it's separated from the living room. There are two TVs, dinning table, closet, and desk. The room was a little old and some of the furniture pieces were broken. You can stream watch your favorite movies for money. The breakfast is free of charge from 7-10 am. Also, There is Indoor swimming pool. This place needs a lot of maintenance work and I think it will be a wonderful experience to try in the future.

This by far was the worst Homewood I have ever stayed in. It was dated, dirty and just not what I have come to expect from the Hilton Homewood brand.When we got there it was late. From the lobby to the room it looked as if not one vacuum cleaner had ever been used in the place. The walls were all marked up even in the room.The room looked like it was from the 70s and it was dirty. Since it was so late and we were exhausted we basically looked the other way and went to sleep.The doors and walls were all marked up and the bathroom was filthy. Like gross stuff on the walls. It was all we could do to get out of the place.I think you get the picture. Think twice about this location. I wish now I hadn’t trusted Hilton from past experience and check the reviews.

Our room was handicapped accessible, which actually made it less desirable in a couple key ways: there was less kitchen storage, and the open shower flooded into the rest of the bathroom.When we arrived, the only cookware was one small pot. The staff was kind and made a couple trips to bring us more cookware & a cutting board.The staff knew the water temp in the shower was problematic and offered us a discount on the price of the room because it took anywhere from 10-20 minutes for the water to warm up...a sad waste.The kitchen remains in need of attention, as it only had service for four, and the outlets didn't work.

We were thrilled to find a last minute room since our flight was canceled however our room was not up to normal Hilton standards.Sink was full of little dead gnats or something like that.Some in the shower and toilet as well.Sink faucet was loose, shower floor was dirty and the mirror was dirty.Beds were comfortable though and we avoided a three hour drive home at 1:00 am

I am a diamond memberThe Homewood Suites by Hilton Dulles Int’l Airport is abysmal. I stayed for one night (thank God for only one night) . Here was my experience: When I check in the temperature of the room was 73 degrees. I reset it to 69 degrees. Over the next hour and a half, the temperature rose to 78 degrees. I called the front desk. An engineer came and said, “It’s blowing cold air?” “I don’t see what’s wrong? I’ll be back” He never came back. I call the front desk again and nothing happened. I called a third time, and they finally gave me another room. I moved to another room . I had a business dinner that night and needed a shower. I looked for soap, the room had no soap, I called the front desk and they said they would send some up. Housekeeping came up with a bar of soap that looked like they bought it at the local grocery store (see picture) but whatever, I had soap. I turned on the shower. No hot water, I went to the front desk and they told me that the building engineer had left for the day and they would fix it tomorrow, the day I was leaving! They offered me another room (I did not have time to switch rooms again). The hotel itself is shabby, it looks rundown . I couldn’t get my fire stick to work. I’m really dismayed by my recent stays in Hilton properties. This is not the quality that I have been accustomed to over the last several years. Being a Diamond member means nothing, it’s never mentioned anymore when you check in, you get no more consideration or service than a first-time customer. I’m seriously considering jumping ship to Marriott. My work colleagues never seem to complain about them

Primeiro, não havia estacionamento! O estacionamento está meio cheio de caminhões e equipamentos de construção, então tivemos que estacionar bem longe de uma entrada e elevador. O hotel é muito antigo. Parece um Quality Inn degradado. Precisávamos montar o sofá-cama. A recepção tinha um lençol e cobertor leve (não no quarto) mas sem travesseiros. Três travesseiros no total em uma suíte premium. Caminhei até o saguão e os pisos estão todos sujos. A construção começou no início da manhã e era tão alto que nem conseguíamos falar ao telefone. Não havia água quente no nosso 3º dia - das 6 da manhã até a noite. Este hotel é um lixo total. Homewood deveria ter vergonha de ter seu nome nele. Eu já mudei nossa próxima estadia em abril para o Embassy Suites nas proximidades.

No início, quando chegamos às 22h da Pensilvânia com a família e tendo um filho, a recepção disse que não temos quartos para lhe dar no momento, enquanto fizemos nossa reserva com antecedência e pagamos todo o dinheiro e tudo o mais necessário. Ficamos chocados ao ouvir isso. Começamos a dizer à pessoa da recepção que como é possível e como você pode dizer que o hotel não tem quarto disponível para ficar. Quando fizemos o check-in no site, ainda o hotel estava mostrando quartos disponíveis. Estávamos tão cansados ​​e desapontados com eles que não sabiam o que fazer e a quem dizer, pois não havia ninguém. Felizmente, havia um homem atrás de nós e estava esperando na fila para terminarmos e estava ouvindo todas as conversas que estávamos tendo com a recepcionista. At first, when we reached at 10 pm from Pennsylvania with family and having a kid, the front desk said we dont have rooms to give you at present whereas we had our reservation done in advance and paid all money and everything else required. We were shocked to hear that. We started telling the reception person that how is it possible and how can u say that the hotel has no room available to stay in. When we checked in the website, still the hotel was showing available rooms. We were so tired and disappointed with them that didn’t know what to do and whom to say as there was no one. Fortunately, there was a man behind us and was waiting in the queue for us to finish and was hearing all the conversations we were having with the receptionist. He intervened and asked the hotel person to check for his room if its available or not. Also he told the person that this is a genuine case and we have a point and how can the hotel deny our room when we have booked it in advance. It was so sweet of that man that he gave away his room to us and he booked another room for himself in another hotel. All thanks to him.And told the receptionist to take this matter up with the higher authorities. And then we could check in. Please be aware of such circumstances.

First, there was no parking! The parking lot is half full of construction trucks and equipment, so we had to park pretty far from an entrance and elevator. The hotel is very old. It looks like a run down Quality Inn. We needed to set up the sofa bed. The front desk had a sheet and light blanket (not in the room) but no pillows. Three pillows total in a premium suite. I walked to the lobby and the floors are all dirty. Construction started in the early morning and it was so loud we couldn't even talk on the phone. There was NO hot water on our 3rd day - from 6am until evening. This hotel is a total dump. Homewood should be embarrassed to have their name on it. I've already moved our next stay in April to the nearby Embassy Suites.
