“I really enjoyed this resort. Our room was great, very clean and the view amazing. The restaurants were really good and were able to try a new one each night. The vibe team with Mario, Brandon and Shane kept us entertained poolside. Thank you very much for a great time, we will be back.”

“Hideaway at Royalton Negril was the worst and the nastiest hotel/resort i have stay in at. When i got there it took about 1hour to check in. The front desk girl was so rude. She stated that her shift was over she has no time for this (SMH)!!! very bad customer service. When you tried calling room service, front desk, etc with no response. The room was so nasty its had hair in the shower cup stains on the dresser, the mirror was with finger prints, the pillows was flat the room smell like MOLD, there was mold in the shower. roaches coming through the sinks. when house-keeping came to clean the room they bring more hair with the mop in the room. (INFECTION CONTROL) people Please. I think they miss that class!!! (cleaning ) you are force to put and face mask everywhere you go and hand sanitize.but want clean rooms properly. The buffet had roaches running around the tables. THEY NEVER HAVE TOWELS AVAILABLE Do not waste your money. Complete waste. I was told I would get my money back still has not happened. I will reach out to my American Express it’s Was my anniversary for god sake I’m extremely embarrassed about that hotel and the trip that whole trip was a complete disaster”
