Bom ficar uma noite, infelizmente o café da manhã era para ser às 6, mas eram 7 e não havia nada

Gostei muito do lugar bem limpo, com as medidas de segurança necessárias para esses dias de Covid-19

El hotel es pequeño, pero cumple con su objetivo, proporcionar una estancia cómoda. Lo que puede mejorar es la ventilación en las habitaciones, cuando permanecen bastante tiempo cerradas se percibe el olor a humedad, de eso me percaté al entrar a mi habitación por primera vez. La única forma que tienen las habitaciones para regular temperatura es el aire acondicionado, pero no estaría mal el flujo natural del aire a través de una ventana abierta.

O hotel é pequeno, mas cumpre o seu objetivo, proporcionar uma estadia confortável. O que pode melhorar é a ventilação dos quartos, quando permanecem fechados por muito tempo percebe-se o cheiro de umidade, foi o que percebi ao entrar pela primeira vez no meu quarto. A única maneira de os quartos regularem a temperatura é o ar condicionado, mas o fluxo natural de ar por uma janela aberta não seria ruim.

Nuestra estancia fue una pesadilla ya que llegue a este hotel por la noche con mi familia y reservé 2 habitaciones. Estando en mi habitación a la 1 de la madrugada me entra una llamada a mi habitación diciendo que eran de la recepción y que hubo un intento de secuestro en el hotel y que la policía estaba con ellos y que el comandante deseaba hablar conmigo por lo que desde ese momento se me hizo raro y más por la hora los mandé a volar y colgué posteriormente me hablaron varias veces y no contesté pero me preocupo más que escuche el teléfono que hablaron a la otra habitación de mi familiar diciendo lo mismo inmediatamente me di cuenta y alerté a mi familiar de no seguir la llamada. Esa noche dormí muy mal y muy preocupado. Al siguiente día informe a gerencia me decían que no sabían nada y que era raro que hubiera recibido una llamada ya que no pueden entrar llamadas externas. Por lo que me dio más desconfianza del personal del hotel porque sabían que acabamos de llegar y que teníamos 2 habitaciones por lo que se me hizo raro. Cuando confronte a la recepcionista primero me negó las llamadas luego afirmó que había pasado una llamada del exterior y que una disculpa pero qué raro que también le haya pasado una llamada a la otra habitación en fin fue una estancia mala

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, sencillas,limpias. El aire acondicionado bastante ruidoso. Piso con alfombra. Prometen el desayuno a partir de las 6am, sin embargo salimos 06:20hrs y aun no había desayuno disponible.

Os quartos são pequenos, simples e limpos. O ar condicionado muito barulhento. Piso de carpete. Eles prometem café da manhã a partir das 6h, porém saímos 06:20 e ainda não havia café da manhã disponível.

This hotel is great for a quick stopover in the city. The rooms are clean, basix, and on the small side. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, which is convenient for airport access.

On Aug. 1st, I was coming in from Nayarit, so my husband paid for a room to spend the night there in Tuxtla. There was no hot water, and when I called the front desk, she told tomake sure I had the faucet turned the right way. I assured her I did, with red being hot and blue being cold. She said she would send someone up to check. I said no, she did anyway. I did not let the man in, as it was past 1100 pm and my husband was asleep. The man said he would check the boiler but I never heard anything back from the front desk or the man who came to check. In the morning, there was still no hot water, and my husband called the front desk. After waiting for a bit, I called the front desk and the gentleman said that the maintenance man would not be there until 0900. We were calling at 0700. This is the second time that we have had a terrible experience with CEJ. The first time they charged us for 2 rooms and would not give us back the monies for 1 room.Now this. As we were leaving the morning of Aug. 2, a couple was checking in and I said, in spanish, you better think about it, as there is no hot water and they do not care to make it right. For a hotel that prides themselves for service and best price, think about how to make your customers your top priority. Unless you make this right we will never be back and will give CEJ bad reviews. Thank you.

Main reason for me to choose this hotel is location. It's the only hotel close to hospitals. Close to Walmart too. And close the shopping center. So location couldn't be better. Banks in the area...
