I sincerely hope to help another person avoid this place at all costs!!! As other’s have stated the food is downright nasty. Cold runny eggs, black lettuce, chicken so hard it clanked when I hit it against my plate. There was mold around the shower and sink. The “beach” is a small area half the size of my backyard. The music at the pool was nonstop techno loud as hell. Hope you don’t like coffee because you can only get it from 7am to 11am. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and the sushi bar was decent but that is all I can say nice. I literally left early for another hotel. I have never left a review on anything before, but this place is that bad. Spend your money elsewhere.

Instead of providing excellent customer service they opted to call the police due to a disagreement between the guest and the night shift crew, that is unacceptable when you have tourists visiting your hotel. If I chose never to return to this hotel it would be simply due to the discrimination and unprofessionalism shown by Miguel and Victor as all the other staff members were phenomenal and fantastic and I thank them for their great service.

El hotel muy limpio, la comida estaba muy rica, la playa es pequeña pero se deja disfrutar ya que no tiene nada de oleaje en comparación con las otras playas que prácticamente uno no se puede bañar ya que su oleaje es muy fuerte. Me pareció deficiente porque desde el segundo 1 en recepción te mienten. Compré un tour por una empresa externa y en recepción nos dijeron que era una estafa y que compraramos con ellos, nos hablaron pésimo de dicha empresa. También nos dijeron que ese dinero nos podrían reembolsar en el aeropuerto y que atienden 24/7, sin embargo, resultó ser mentira también. Finalmente quien fue más descente fue esa empresa externa quien siempre estuvo con todo en regla. Los evalúo con un 1 por ser mentirosos, porque a la gran mayoría de los empleados si les haces una pregunta es con doble intención, entiéndase propina o incluso me ofrecieron un pcr más barato. El hotel es pequeño, piscinas pequeñas, playa pequeña y ocupada casi en su totalidad por una malla para jugar voley ball que prácticamente no se utiliza, servicio de bar muy deficiente, con buena comida y uno que otro empleado atento pero lamentablemente todo se opaca con las malas prácticas que la gente tiene y que para mí familia es lo más importante. Es triste permanecer en un hotel en donde te mienten y sientes desconfianza de ellos.

Preocupación en la limpieza diaria , comida buffet bien , sushi muy rico ,personal amable y preocupados de nuestra estadía , eso se agradece. Se podría mejorar o extenderhorario de atención en restaurante italiano ya que ningún día pudimos reservar porque se agotan los cupos muy rápido . Mas variedad de actividades en hotel durante el día , y reforzar proceso de limpieza ysanitizacionen espacios comunes . En general quedamos muy satisfechas con el servicio entregado.

Great little resort. We had a great time while at the Cancun Bay Resort. My family stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Good sized space for 6 people.
Food and drinks were all wonderful. And the service employees were all friendly and attentive. The resort is small making everything really convenient. Nothing is too far away which makes it all very easy to access.

El hotel está bien ubicado es sencillo pero limpio. Pase 12 noches allí y me pareció bastante bueno. La comida aunque no es muy variada está bastante buena. Un tema a mejorar es el servicio de los meseros ya que si no les dejas propinas en cada comida o snacks luego no te ofrecen ni agua, esto se ve muy mal sobretodo cuando pagas un todo incluido.

El buffet de baja calidad, los tragos horribles e incluso la cerveza. Tuvimos fugas de agua en uno de los baños, y lo mas desagradable fue cuando en recepción nos dijeron que uno de nosotros había salido positivo a covid y que tenían que aislar a la persona con cuarentena de 14 días, siendo que los resultados estaban en 10 horas mas app. Hablamos con la persona que nos tomó los PCR y nos confirmo que los resultados aun no estaban listos. Probablemente fue todo un rumor, o nos querían cobrar 14 días mas de estadía en el hotel. Al final nadie salió positivo, pero fueron las 10 horas mas desagradables esperando los resultados. El manejo de la información por parte de la administración es horrible.

I have never had worst customer service than I did dealing with this hotel. I called and emailed multiple times asking to rebook due to an unexpected death in the family. After agreeing to this they told me they would send an email to pick new dates. I didn't receive any email or phone call,I called again and they told me they never received the call and would not refund any money or give a credit for a future stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!

Just got back from a 5 night stay with them and it was perfect! The whole staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to actually help you and guide you on your vacation. I would recommend for any kind of people such as singles, couples and families. The hotel is extremely well kept up with and they have a variety of food to choose from and the food itself is great. Would definitely recommend and come back 10/10 stay

O Resort tem um preço acessível, acredito por isso não têm opções de alimentações, o cardápio é limitado, no restaurante principal, não oferece outras opções de comidas de outras nacionalidades, apenas a mexicana. Poucas opções de suco também, talvez por não ter a variedade que temos aqui no Brasil de frutas, além dos sucos serem muito fraco, muito aguado. Em sete dias que passamos lá, no café da manhã não comemos um simples pão com presunto e queijo, e tampouco bolo. Nunca tinha no cardapio pão francês e bolos.Já o 2° restaurante é de comida Italiana, porém tem q agendar pela manhã, pq ele só funciona a noite para o jantar.O bar da piscina é perfeito, oferece opções de petiscos e lanches, muitas vezes preferimos comer as opções da piscina do que almoçar no restaurante principal.A praia de frente é tranquila e boa para se refrescar, fica perto de um cais para pequenos barcos. Quase todas as praias de Cancún tem um cais de onde saem as embarcações para as ilhas.As instalações são excelentes, quartos, piscinas, e a localização é perfeita.Tem um bom custo benefício.

Una experienza no muy agradable..#1. El lugar es sucio.. Picinas con basura adrentro.... Viaje con mi hermana y su esposo con el bebe de 11 meses ,tipo 6.pm el aire acondicionado se apago pues los filtros estaban super sucios esa fue la razon por la que no funciono mas .... Cuando llegue al lobby para notificar lo sucedido alchico le parecio eso muy normal.... Cambiaron a mi familia de habitacion.... El siguente dia cuando fui a recojer mis cosas personales a la caja fuerte no habrio pues nunca le cambiaron la bateria y estaba desconfigurada .... Razon por la que por 2 dia consecutivo tenia que ir a buscar ayuda para poder sacar mi efectivo y pasaporte quitandome casi 45 minutes de tiempo y poniendome tarde para disfrutar una Cena de vacaciones con mi familia ..Y LO PEOR... El mismo chico me atendio y con una sonrrisa en su cara le parecio que era normal.... Muy pobre la reaccion ... Comida demaciado mediocre siempre lo mismo.... Staff takes good care of its guests. Food gets a 7 out of 10 mostly due to repetition of common meat dishes, and lack of variety. Disappointed there are no recreational toys you can use like snorkel, masks, paddleboards, etc. Also the fridge in your room gets 4 water bottles per day. Any more and you need to get them yourself at the bar or the Bodega down the street.Overall great place for a reasonable price, but even as an "all-inclusive" it's quite limited.

El servicio es lo que más puedo resaltar del hotel, todos los colaboradores, con contadas excepciones, hacen que tu estancia sea lo más placentera posible. La comida no es muy variada, pero el sazón es excelente, lo que más me agradó fueron los snacks y la repostería. Yo lo recomiendo ampliamente, cuidan muy bien las medidas de contingencia.

The staff is very nice but overall there communication is very bad. I had booked this hotel for my birthday one month ahead and I had some issues with my card that got fixed. They let me know that the transaction didn’t go through but once I fixed my card it sent me an email stating that it was successful. I arrived at the hotel and they are just now telling me that they cancelled my stay when I come from New York all the way to Mexico and tell me just now that it is cancelled. No email was sent to me stating on the cancellation and they claimed to have said they sent an email but never did. If I could give it 0 stars I would definitely.

I checked in on Saturday June 19, 2021 and realized the beach is nothing like the website states for CANCUN BAY RESORT. It's technically NOT beachfront. Basically there's a little sand and boat docks. I asked to cancel my reservation and they said I have to wait til Monday to cancel. I'm trying to book another hotel for my remaining vacation. The guy at the front desk said, "why do you want to cancel". I said "it's not a beach". He said, "they hear that all the time".....well then be HONEST TO YOUR CUSTOMERS....

Não indico para se hospedarem durante a quarentena. Fomos em 02 agências de turismo e as 2 indicaram o Hotel, nem fui pesquisar, pois achei q era ótimo pelo fato de serem agências de cidades diferentes.Me senti enganada, pois poderiam ter informado q o Hotel não tem flexibilidade no cardápio e não indico para fazerem a quarentena. Hotel é bom para máximo 07 dias. Não há opções de comidas neutras, ou tudo é doce ou tudo apimentado. Com criança então, nem se fala, se a criança não gostar do paladar da comida e você apenas pedir um Ovo frito, não pode, pois não faz parte do cardápio, então você sai pra comprar na conveniência da frente um cup noodles. Alguns funcionários olham de cara feia, alguns bem cordiais e educados. Internet oscila muito, quartos são bons, estão a todo instante limpando. Referente aos horários de comida, não seguem, fala que começa 12h, mas se inicia as 13h e termina 15 minutos antes. Ficamos 14 dias e por não nos adequarmosa comida após 07 dias, fomos atrás de outro hotel, (e fomos ao Moon Palace que realmente vale a pena). Tem um restaurante de comida Italianaque tem de fazer reserva, consegui fazer a reserva uma única vez, esse foi bom, com opção de lasanha no qual a criança amou, mas não consegui nenhuma outro dia. Sushi é muito bom, não tem o que reclamar, somente os horários conforme citei, início às 12h q eles chegam pra arrumar, mas para servir as 13h, término é as 18h, mas param de servir as 17:45 porque as 18h tem de estar tudo limpo e fechado. A única coisa que poderiam ter de opção é básico, leite com chocolate sem canela,ovo frito com sal, arroz com sal, mas não tudo tem pimentão verde e vermelhoe pimenta, realmente 07 dias não importamos, mas 15 dias não dava mais. Tem bar na piscina que é muito bom. O questionamento mesmo é somente no almoço e jantar, mas durante os intervalos tem batata frita, queijos, frutas, pipocas. Segue fotos do local, para verem que tem muitas opções e também tem capricho, o q nós não conseguimos era comer sempre tudo com o mesmo paladar do País, foi um choque muito grande para nós.

I loved this place! Mine and my husband’s friends invited us to come along on their spring break, so we did no research of this hotel and just booked it! Going to Cancun with no research I expected a lot of partying and people, but was pleasantly surprised with this family resort. The staff were INCREDIBLE, they had the best hospitality and service I’ve ever experienced-I know very little Spanish and most staff were either very good with English or understood me well, they never left us without a drink, were always cleaning and improving common areas, and were extremely helpful with any questions. The rooms were simple, but all you need when you’re enjoying all day outdoors, the food wasn’t top notch, but still good, the pools were so nice (we spent most of our time at the pool that’s more enclosed), and the gym was very high quality!
