“Their rooms seem smaller than the other Holiday Inn rooms we've visited but their amenities and complimentary supplies are plenty. Their location is also a 15 minute walking distance to some of the Klook meetups and the train and bus stations so it was convenient for us. If you prefer the more private route, they also have taxis waiting near their lobby. They also have many food establishments nearby, and serve nice breakfast.”

“As IHG diamond elite I was shocked by the disorganize/ bad mood from the front desk staff. The priority line were not enforced and a more than twenty minutes waiting time is expected for check-in, checkout and even when you have anything to enquire with. I have tried queueing in both regular line and IHG rewards line and I got jumped the queue for four times in total. The staff don't give me any explains but start serving Japanese speaking customers straight ahead. There are MANY complaints with front desks if go check the Google review.
On the other hand, the location of this hotel is reasonable for its price and good cleaning for the room. Decent room service and breakfast is the reason I leave a three star here.”
