“The woman at the front desk was neither friendly, nor helpful. The guy next to her was way better helping the other guests. The rooms could definitely use an upgrade. If you want a view, do your research. Mine was awful. The water wasn't hot enough and the water pressure really low. The pool is really small. Overall it was clean though and the location is great. Not sure what the heck was going on with the smoke alarm! The worst thing was, there's no coffee maker or coffee in the lobby! They said you can request one . I did when I first arrived. Nothing. The next morning I called the front desk. I was told they don't come in until 8:30, but there's a Starbucks across the street. At checkout, I still did not have a coffee maker!”

“Initially, had some issues when I booked my room. However, the manager wrote me a hand written note apologizing for that. The room was very nice! Bed was comfortable. Staff were very polite. I very much enjoyed my stay. Location is great as well!”
